this is too important for Morocco to be allowed to be de railed by tax issues or anything else.

possible downside risk is no agreement this month and the longer term risk around the remainin tax issue.
given the need in country for this all to work I think the remaining tax issue will go the way of the other one and can't believe anyone would waste their time with a one month extension if a positive result within that timeframe wasn't nailed on.

no guarantees obviously, but my view is that we'll get a run of good news in the next few weeks.
I am acting accordingly and still buying.
the advantage of the low price is that I have managed to accumulate orders of magnitude more stock than would ever have risked buying at a higher price.
