if they know the outcomne of the vote it follows that the outcome must be to agree the restructuring because they wouldn't waste time with a vote of they KNOW the result is rejection, they would look for an alternative restructuring.

TRY to think logically for once.

and suggest that they know the outcome of the vote and it would have leaked, right?
if they knew the outcome of the vote and yet STILL proposed the restructuring it follows that the result of the vote that they know must be to agree to the restructuring, or thwy wouldn't have gone ahead and proposed it for a vote.

TDW (now II) are shocking. I don't trade often, but often they can't give a price even in a liquid stock with loads of trades going through on both sides. I suspect it's because they only use the mm that they have a deal with.

I suspect most votes will be cast prior to the meeting, which is logiocal if the agreement is largely sorted (as I believe it is).
seems likely to me that Graham will have the 75% in hand or he wouldn't have proposed the vote until a verbal agreement was reached.

rememebr that's 75% of outstanding bonds, NOT 75% of holders.
this is a very important difference and makes the agreement much more likely.

this morning's action is simply a few weekly traders selling as they think the immediate action is over. this leads to a few others following their lead.
if there is real substance behind this rise there will be a bounce once people think the sellers have finished. this is completely normal price action and there is no need to look for conspiracies.
