why are you trying to twist what I'm saying?
you asked why I 'jumped to the conclusion' that the second demand represented double taxation.
I poimted out that the best (only) information we have (the rns) states that after taking professional tax advice sound consider both claims to be not correct.
that is all I am saying.
in a previous post I stated cearly I am no tax expert.
I am simply taking official statements from the company at face value.
I have said nothing about espionage or indeed trump, although for the life of me I can't see what relevance an orange ex president of the US has to do with things.

Why not read the rns of 1st June which states “This claim by the Moroccan Tax Administration essentially mirrors that asserted against SEMEL and, if both were enforced would result in a double taxation on a single transaction;”

I'm no tax expert, maybe you are, but to me the second one looks like double taxation of the same transactions (assuming that they are taxable at all, which sound dispute).

there has only been £70k worth of grades today, the mms need to move oit to generate some volume and hence profit.
no trades = no profit for them.

ergo, if there is no demand they lower the price till there is.
so, its not f'cd up (sic) it's entirely to be expected.

even better, it's up 6% on no trades :) low volume moves, either way, mean nothing.

as an asside, I did think ps' posts were remarkably similar in style to that other manic depressive trellis. similar time of posting too, usually late at night .... actually so did I, only small, but ewvery little helps.

of big buys lodged. offer raised to discourage buying on low visible volume. bid kept the same so the mms can fill the orders without paying more for the stock.
look for a couple of decent buys listed and then the bid will increase I think.
