looks very much to me like it's being shorted.

can't speak for share trader (who does get a little over enthusiastic at times) but I can speak for myself.
I freely admit I bought in due to the hype. initially I paid way too much and yes I did believe a lot of the BS the previous bod spouted. So I am a long term holder And was sucked in.
However, I have subsequently researched properly and have come to the conclusion that at curent prices this company is well worth a punt. Consequently I have added and continue to add.
it may not work, but if it doesn't, so what? it's only money and I can afford to lose it all.
this is AIM after all. Only a fool invests (gambles) more than they can comfortably afford to lose no matter how good a company looks or how much the bod hype it up.
the lths who constantly spout megative BS on here (largely filtered by me) did not 'prop this up' they gamble on getting rich and some bet more than they could afford out of greed and now can't let it go.
I have no connection with any other poster nor have I ever met or have any connection with the bod , past or present.

I see sound as like an oil tanker that was put on the wrong course by the previews crew / captain who jumped ship when they saw the rocks ahead. the new crew / captain started the change of course but as with a tanker it takes time for the steering to have some effect. this is now happening but the doomayers will still be crying rocks ahead as they need this to fail for various reasons. they are as irrelevant as problems in our wake.

seems to me like news on lng / fid etc in the next few weeks at most.
the talk of drilling is interesting, but this time it will be based on a foundation of cash generation and farm ins etc.
at this price I see a lot of upside and very little downside. So, I continue to add, as I did this morning.

I haven't posted for ages and to be honest probably won't for another good while.
However irritating the PS/ST spat is it's worth pointing out that there are chances for even those with a high average to make money here. The key is to look at it as a new company. Ignore the past (some obviously can't do this). coming in fresh, with no history, would you buy this prospect at this price? I sure as hell would and have repeatedly. I've built up a holding orders of magnitude bigger than I had in the rah rah days. consequently my average is now very low. Everyone still has the opportunity to do this. do I think this will double/trebble in the next month? no idea. Nor do I care. Every month this stays so undervalued and the prospects either stay the same or improve, I will buy more.
the pathetic negative postings are irrelevant as are the odd, but at least understandably enthusiastic posts of ST.
I'll check back in a month or two (or three or ..) and see where we are.
in the meantime guys try not to waste your life on bitterness and negativity.

a large portion of the people posting (not all) either don't understand things or try to twist them to influence others who don't understand.
The reality is that NOTHING posted on here makes a blind bit of difference to anything. Maybe a small percentage of readers are influenced but that’s a small percentage of an incredibly small percentage of shareholders who bother reading these boards.
The amusement to annoyance ratio has swung too far the wrong way now.

Yes, the tax issue(s) are a concern, but the partners sound have in country are very well connected and I simply don't buy all the cloak and dagger BS.
Morocco wants (needs) this to work and it wants and needs international investment.
Sound is where it is SP wise because of a big bet JP et al. took on finding many mutliple TCFs. they didn't (yet) but they DID find commercial gas let's not forget. Of course, JP et al. acted appallingly over hyping everything, but that is no longer relevant. What is relevant is sound have a new BOD with a sensible plan.
I believe the tax issues will be sorted and LNG will generate cashflow and we will start exploration either alone or with partners (yes I know it won’t be tomorrow …)
If anything was guaranteed it would be called winning and not investing!
