maybe a list of the stupid questions with a comment 'if you think that we should / can answer these you shouldn't be invested'

well, despite popular oppinion we will have to pay back all these billions spent (wasted?) on Covid.
taxes will have to rise. the middle and middle higher earning people will pay the bulk of this.
the rich won't pay and very poor can't pay.
as to house prices, well I expected a crash from 1999 - 2015 and it never came. the government needs the revenue from stamp duty (when it comes back) and they also need people to 'feel' wealthy even if the bank owns the house, so I think the property market will be defended at all costs.
gold will always be a safe haven.

OB - the problem with this is you can't just 'hand the keys back' the debt stays with you even after the bank reposses the house.

now, in the US it's true the debt does go as soon as you hand the keys back, which is why places like Florida saw such a large price crash during the credit crisis, people had no motivation to try to keep paying.

you can't have it both ways.
either 201 etc are worth nothing, in which case the bod have 'given away' nothing or they are worth bilions, in which case, yes, they have 'given away' a lot.
BUT, you obviously have no idea how pharma drug development works. it is a VERY expensive business and to get important information on candidate drugs for 6% (capped at 6 Million) is a great deal for VAL.

btw, I'm sure you didn't intend to, but thanks fpr high;ighting the significant value of Val's compounds whilst trying to bash the BOD.
