RE: Partnership DD for JV on 201 Question8 Oct 2020 09:33
over many years of 'investing' on AIM I've been burnt many times, but have finally recognised the elephant in the room.
ALL companies on AIM WILL raise cash at some point. it's the reason they list in the first place.
the key is to buy into companies with good prospects for growth before the next fund raise and to hold long enough to benefit from the growth but get out before the fundraise.
VAL has of course been spectacularly bad as the old BOD couldn't organise a p!$$ up in a brewery and were taken for a ride by the vultures. I feel the company has changed significantly and there is enough cash to make this a buy/hold certainlyn through the end of the year.
