Now we have someone saying they’ve bailed at a loss of 19k and continuing to rubbish the prospects. Well at least it was only a small loss, but do they really need validation that desperately?

it won't work. there will never be any prosecutions. these guys may have lied and broken rules, but you simply will not prove it to a high enough degree to gain a prosecution.
I know of one person (not me) who destroyed his family, lost his house etc etc. pursuing a legal case far far stronger.
JP may be many things, but stupid he is not. you can be certain things were done and said in a way to protect himself.
Trade this, hold on for the real value (that will come) or move on, but don't waste precious time, energy and money on chasing a dream of justice. that's just letting them live in your head rent free!

I've only read the first few lines of your post and won't read more as better things to do, but I notice you are sticking to your modus operandi of highlighting the most ridiculous criticism levelled by anyone (CIA) and linking it to every other criticism.
this is a standard technique to throw reflected absurdity at otherwise sensible criticism. It’s akin to the way you always previously started by alluding to being attacked.
it will only work for the casual, less well educated reader.

I DO believe parsons et al. (and I include crude in this whose mortgage payment sale looks far too timely in hindsight. I wonder if he was tipped off to get out by his mates?) over sold the prospects.
BUT surely anyone investing (gambling) on aim knows the two fundamental truths, you can't fully trust the bod and there WILL be a share placing at some point.
people have banded about stories of people selling houses to buy sound shares. ffs if there was a financial equivalent of the Darwin award they'd be a shoe in.

The majority of posters on here lately (and for quite a while) are not interested in the future of sound.
all they care about is moaning about the old bod and telling everyone the new bod are the same.
why anyone would waste their precious life being so negative is beyond me.

The funny thing is they will become even more vociferous as the Sound sp improves over the next few weeks and months.
I won’t be answering any of them, included their self-elected ‘leader’ but I will be laughing quietly (not ‘lol’ as I’m not a teenage girl) at their more and more desperate posts.
