Depends on when you say soon. As it took almost two years for FUM to start selling Eroxon from the EU/UK approval.
Although I don't think it will take that long this time, as they now have two companies producing the product and will have learned from the EU/UK roll out. Also I thought I'd read (and will check) that Haelon wanted to do their own testings as Coopers did...
Wow - got a very quick response from FUM's pr team and it is going through Coopers - see response below.
"Good afternoon,
Many thanks for reaching out. Cooper Consumer Health has exclusive distribution and marketing rights throughout the UK and EU. This would include all over the counter sales as well as prescription sales (in the instances where the relevant country health system allows Eroxon to be prescribed). As a result, end user commercial pricing of Eroxon is the responsibility of the distributor.
Should you have any further questions, please let us know.
Kind regards"
I've emailed FUM asking about how the deal was made and will advise if/when they come back to me
But it's Coopers (finally remembered) that have the rights in the UK and EU....so maybe it was them that cut the deal. Might contact the company and ask
Seeing as there is no third party in this deal, doess that mean FUM get the full 100% as not going through any of their commercial/sales companies....
Also another supply route for the product from people might not of heard of the product
You can get it boot in the shop or online, also Amazon
Been aware that although it's a big break through product it does only work for 60% of men. But it's also been shown that the more it's used the better the results
I just tired clicking on the link and I wasn't able to get access to the Portugal, Italy and Spain. I was asked to login in. If so I'm guessing it's not available there yet. But all the country links work.
According to takeiteasy on ADVFN, Eroxon is now available online in France and Germany

The only problem I with the fake sites is, are they selling a fake product that won't work? If they are people will say the product is rubbish...
They have only been selling the product in the UK and Belgium. It will be going to other countries in the next few months. THey mention Saudi along with the US because it's been approved to be sold there. But as yet they haven't sold any product in other country.
FUM have hinted they are going to make a female version....
Then send them an email with the link, which I have done in the past
info@futuramedical.com
This is the relpy I got regarding the Canada website and I've sent them an email regarding Amazon USA, so lets see what they say about that. - thanks for pointing it out DRM72
"Many thanks for your enquiry.
As per our previous email, Futura has contacted the pharmacy in question regarding the promotion or sale of Eroxon within Canada as this is illegal, as it is yet to be approved by the Canadian regulator. The US FDA approval does not allow for the sale of Eroxon within Canada.
As previously announced, Haleon plc has the rights to exclusively commercialise the Company's innovative topical, gel-based Erectile Dysfunction ("ED") treatment MED3000, in the USA.
We would like to emphasise that as soon as it is approved in Canada, in accordance with our disclosure responsibilities, we will inform shareholders."
As they say below it's not approved in the Canada and so is illegal. So, I've just replied with the newswire link, posted previously, stating that as US FDA approved it can be sold in Canada - Will post their response when I get it
I just got a response back from FUM's Healthcare PR firm, Optimum -
Dear Mr Donkey,
"Many thanks for your enquiry.
By way of introduction, Optimum is a specialist healthcare IR and PR firm which is working with Futura Medical to support its ongoing investor relations activities.
Eroxon is currently not approved by the regulators in Canada and the promotion or sale of Eroxon within Canada is therefore illegal. As soon as that changes, we will inform the market. We have additionally contacted the pharmacy to remove the product listings.
The Company takes its reporting and regulatory obligations seriously and would urge shareholders caution on any information found on the Bulletin Boards.
For any further questions related to MED3000 please visit the FAQs section of the website for more information.
In order to meet the expectations, Futura Medical is committed to transparency and the disclosure of timely information. We encourage you to visit the Futura Medical Investor Centre for all company updates disclosed to the market."
In FUM's defence and trust me I don't say this very often, if ever, they are only a small team. If I remember rightly only 13 full time employees, so I give them a little slack.
But more concerned they seem to be ramping up more bosses than staff, with great golden hand shakes. Also none of the new lots, or even management come to think of that, have bought shares....not a good look (see i said I don't defend them often lol)
Just written to the compnay (as not much else going on) asking why we've seen no RNS, as this would surely impact the share price.....I'll post what they say, but not holding my breath for a decent response.....
I wonder if the new legislation coming in for fake reviews will make Boots and others remove all those dodgy reivews for eroxon
https://www.theguardian.com/money/2024/jan/24/fake-reviews-and-hidden-online-charges-to-be-banned-under-new-rules
pretty standard ****** from them....i've had roughly the same crap each time i've contacted them over the years....
not really worth the money they are paid if you ask me.....
but lets hope for a better worded rns when the results are released in april.....
