what is the 1 share trade theory. I've just googled it and got nothing to help me
you would think that this company would be shouting from the rooftops about this product coming out soon. Their silence is deafening.
lets hope it comes out for Christmas, then there will be lots of fun to be had....lol hahahahaha.....
Dermasys already has a paten on it, so nobody can copy it until 2029. What FUM are doing are modifying the patent to reflect it works for ED. So even if the patent for ED fails no-one can copy it until 2029.
Lots of money in the bank, so no need to raise any cash....confirmed, by this line
"Current cash runway extends well beyond expected initial MED3000 launches in the coming months and expected US regulatory approval in Q1 2023."
so they expect MED3000 to launch in months - so by year end - or am I being too optimistic....
but it says Phase 3 trial - bad reporting....but any articles that brings new investors and helps the shareprice is fine by me. hahahaha
Was VERY shocked by getting a very quick reply to my email - as said, wasn't expecting a response - but below is there response.
Dear Mr D
Many thanks for your enquiry.
By way of introduction, Optimum is a specialist healthcare IR and PR firm which is working with Futura Medical to support its ongoing investor relations.
Unfortunately, Futura Medical is unable to answer individual enquiries to avoid selective disclosure and for regulatory and compliance reasons, however in this instance please see below response to your recent enquiry.
Futura is executing upon its strategic plans to build a global network of licensing and distribution partners with brand building strength, healthcare credibility, and marketing expertise in order to make MED3000 a long term profitable and sustainable brand for shareholders.
Over the past year Futura has entered into five commercial licensing deals in key markets for ED in regions such as the EU, China and South East Asia, South Korea, Latin America and the Middle East. Futura will collaborate with licensing or distribution partners who have extensive local knowledge of their markets, experience of building brands within the pharmaceutical and OTC sector as well as a strong commitment and belief in MED3000. As part of building the commercial proposition for MED3000 and supporting its regulatory approval, Futura has developed an illustrative pack that licensing partners can select to use at their discretion.
Submissions for regulatory approvals of MED3000 are made through Futura’s partners and manufacturing scale up and validation is well advanced as the Company move towards manufacturing launch supplies.
MED3000 manufacturing scale up and production capacity to meet projected demand is progressing well. We are cognisant that good supply discipline is crucial and are also continuing to work on optimising cost of goods.
In August 2021, the Company announced the addition of a new, US FDA, EMA and UK approved contract manufacturer as Futura works towards initial launches of MED3000 over the next year.
For any further questions related to MED3000 please visit the FAQs section of the website for more information.
In order to meet the expectations, Futura Medical is committed to transparency and the disclosure of timely information. We encourage you to visit the Futura Medical Investor Centre for all company updates disclosed to the market.
Kind regards,
Optimum Strategic Communications
I've just sent FUM investor relations an email asking that they release a plan on bringing MED3000 to the UK/EU market in the interims results.
But I am totally realistic knowing they won't respond and probably wont give any details on the 13th. Although very pleased to be prove wrong.
FUM should be releasing their interim report in Sept. Let's hope they update the market on when the product will come to market in the EU/UK
great set of results from the testing. What I liked and had hoped for, was the longer they used the gel the better results they got.
Can't see the US refusing this product.
Just need FUM to start selling the product
Could it be that someone is building at stake in FUM. Over the last few trading days there have been quite a lot of 10k buys going through and started again today....
i agree Italian, should get a rerate if results are good.
In our favour the test result that Cooper Consumer Health did. But the negative, for me, was the results of the Phase 3 trial.
but I have all my fingers and toes crossed for good results, but I won't hold my breath lol
Nothing new in the AGM Statement, as suspected. Guess we'll just have to wait for the US results in early September....let's hope the results are good....
The AGM is today, not yesterday.
Hi The.I - i agree we probably won't get much info, as I said.
But I'd like someone to ask, why it is taking so long to get the product to market in the UK/EU? Why can't they us a timeline for bringing it to market?
Also, why the CFO still has her job. As you maybe remember, I am not a fan of the BOD and I think the CFO is one of the worst. She said before the last placing, they would look at other methods to raise capital. What did they do, they did another placing, diluting the shares. Fair enough we had go the certificate from the EU and the share price had massively improved. If the BOD really believed in their product (which I do), then they could of taken out debt, at the time interest rates were very low. What about raising money from bonds. Sorry rant over, just not a fan of the BOD.
Is anybody going to the AGM on the 28th. I'm not able to attend as my shares are in a Share ISA and SIPP meaning they are held in "nominee" account.
I'm not expecting much noise, as FUM haven't made major revelations in previous AGM's. Although it would be nice to hear something positive about putting MED out for sale.
I was expecting a better reaction with this news. Shows I don't understand the market. But, I'd like to see some updates on the previous contracts they signed as it's been a while. How are the approvals progressing etc.
I know FUM said in the annual results RNS that it could be up to a year before the product came to market, but I'd like to see what are Coopers plans and timelines. I'd also like to see how they plan to market this product.
it also looks like we spoke too soon....he's back....gggrrrrr
just reread my post, god bad grammar, hangover is a lot worse than I thought lol hahaha
