The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
The.I, below are patent notes from the latest results. If it is based on your 3-4 years then it won't be annouced until 2025-26. I thought patents took about 18 months, but I could be wrong. Might need to do some more research
'In Q2 2022, as part of its overall IP protection strategy, Futura filed national patent applications considered necessary to protect the commercial interests of MED3000 in line with normal PCT filing procedures in all key ED markets. If successful, this will provide patent protection until 2040.'
81lucky, I also think it depends on the patent. The current one expires in 2029 and I don't think any company will pay a premium if it's only 6 years. But if they get the extension, which will expire in 2040 then I think we'll see a bidder paying a decent price. imo
I've read that they can feel a warming sensation but that's it. It is also find if giving a bj as well.
FUM are said to be producing a gel for women in the future.
ahhh I can see it now and it's flying out the door....
also I've noticed the bad review has been removed
Banzai - what earnings are you talking about. We had the end of year finanicals earlier in the month
when I go the page it just says 100+ sold in the last 24 hours. Obvioulsy I'm missing something. I check with using Edge as maybe doesn't show using Chrome
Stux, how can you tell how much is being purchased?
it can also be used lubricant, another point in it's favour.
With Boots being first to roll it out in the UK, I wonder if Walgreens will be a bidder in the US, seeing as they own Boots. Walgreen are very big all over the US, so would be a good team-up.
If men are willing to pay almost 6 quid for a pint of beer, I'm pretty sure they'll pay 6 quid for a stiffy and shag lol hahahaha
hopefully we'll some buy recommendations from newspapers, magazines etc etc....
Was hoping for a bigger boost on the share price, but nothing wrong with slow and steady...
BF - below is the information in the RNS annoucing Coopers as the distributors. - I suspect that FUM will have to agree with Coopers marketing plan but it's costs are their to bare
Commercial Highlights:
· Futura eligible to receive initial upfront payments, as well as undisclosed cumulative sales milestone payments
· Cooper to pay an agreed price to Futura for the manufacture and supply of MED3000 by Futura's third party contractors
· Cooper will be responsible for all launch and marketing expenses
· Initial licence agreement term of five years. This complies with EU competition law that limits deal terms to five years
what we have to remember is marketing has nothing to do with FUM. In EU/UK it's up to Coopers. As to the US they haven't partner to do this yet.
I hope (as all I seem to say these days) that FUM have agreed with Coopers and future distributors have assigned a decent size advertising campaign.
Adding another point to BF, is the patent. Current it runs out in 2029, If they don't get the extension to the patent to 2040 that will limit the share price. Also will stop persecptive buyers of the company....imo
although I agree with this thread regarding the rollout. In the companies defence (I am no fan of the BOD, which can be seen by previous posts). I don't see a big campaign until the product is available in the all the countries in the EU and UK. As I've said before, I'm hoping for a big campaign once it is available everywhere.....but boy I wish there would pull their fcking fingers out.
I've got just over 300k and really want this to kick in so I can retire....lol
I am hoping that they are rolling it slowly to the UK and EU countries and once available everywhere do a big campaign. I am hoping they are doing this because it wouldn't seem good doing a big campaign in one country and it's not available in a neighbouring country, would look good. But FUM aren't great on product lunches.......look at the condoms for an example.....

Anybody gonig to be listening into the webcast at 1000 that could update the board?
i think they are a very solid set of results. No new cash is currently required, having enough cash in the bank. Like that spending should be less, due to no more tests required (of course this is dependant on no any unforseen circumstances).
Like that they should be cash generative in the next set of results. Product coming to market is also great.
after a quick glance. My favourite line (so far) is "However, we look forward to reporting revenues for the first time with our interim results in September 2023."
Am interested in what people want to see in the results tomorrow. In previous annual results they've been more a damp squib rather than revealing. But kind of hoping we'll get more info this year
I'm not expecting to see a big increase in monies, because this is for last year and think that any milestone payments would be from January onwards. But would love to be proved wrong.
I'd also like to know what is happening regarding the Patent, because they applied for an extension almost two years ago. For me, this is a biggie as it will add a premium should any company want to buy it, as it will increase the patent from 2029 to 2040.
What else do people want to see tomorrow?
just found another website selling Eroxon, although no review that I can see
