Charles Jillings, CEO of Utilico, energized by strong economic momentum across Latin America. Watch the video here.
I have to say Bucolic, you were very good on battling "he who shall not be name". I doth my cap to you as it was I don't know how you kept going. I actually have him filtered but totally got his BS, by your responses. Very well done, I couldn't of carried on as long as you did
if you look at the annual report that was recently issue, at the bottom you'll find all the info about their other products, including CBD.
Not sure how the market will react, as I found this to be a mixed bag - all coming together but still no date on when the product will go on sale.
Don't remember seeing as RNS for th UK CE - I would have thought this would caused some share price movement
"
-- In April 2022, the Company received UKCA mark approval following an application in March 2022 to the UK Notified Body for MED3000 as a Class 2A medical device. This is required before end of June 2023 to replace the CE mark approval which currently covers UK according to Brexit legislation."
This I like - at least they don't need to raise any more cash
"-- Current cash runway extends beyond initial MED3000 launches expected over the next year and expected US regulatory approval in 2023, assuming no contributions from milestone payments or other revenues"
This is find frustrating - wish they cold tell us more
"The Company has also entered into a period of exclusivity with an, as yet, unnamed party regarding a potential agreement for the EU and UK marketing rights for MED3000, although there can be no guarantee that an agreement can be successfully reached at this stage."
So no date on when they are going to release MED3000 - very annoying imho - so upto another 12 months before any sales - this I think might cause the share price to drop
"Current cash runway extends beyond initial MED3000 launches expected over the next year and expected US regulatory approval in 2023, assuming no contributions from milestone payments or other revenues."
fingers crossed we get some idea, if not from the RNS but from the Analyst meeting after...
This is not a phase 3 trail. That was completed ages ago.
The US have recognised it works, but they want to test to see if it works over a longer period - hence the 6 months.
according to J777j on ADVFN, he mentioned that Chelverton asset management have been selling over 8 million shares and this was causing an overhang. They have now sold all their shares, so no overhang......well that is one theory...
I am already fairly heavily invested in FUM for me anyway but I have decided to buy another 115k. Although I said previously I'm not a fan of the management and think they should go, there is too much potential on the upside not to add. Let's hope I've made the right decision....
Yes they did reply and all it said it wasn't allowed to discuss what is going on to individuals and pointed me to their website.
I replied saying that I was talking from all shareholders not just me and they we deserved news, not just on MED3000....
They should be releasing the end of year results in April, so I'm hoping we'll here something then.....but I'm not holding my breath
I have always had an issue with the BOD. Even when I was checking out this share a lot of complaints I read were against the BOD and did make me think about investing in them, but, like most shareholders, believe the MED3000 will be a big change in fortune (f'ing hope so anyway lol)....
Maybe we should start looking a placing a vote of no confidence in them....although I appreciate this would be extremely difficult because of the amount of shares the BOD and Lombard hold. But maybe if the BOD heard about a possible vote of no confidence it might make them do something - Or am I just being stupid and naïve and should have some more patience ...
in my impatient of any announcements I emailed FUM today, complaining by the lack of communications from the BOD, not just on the EU/UK contract, but also saying what is happening about the Asian contract, as that has been about a year since signed.
I'm not holding my breath that they will reply
rpg7 - I think you'll find they are producing the product - if you look at Dec 2021 RNS they say
"Scale-up of manufacturing and production capacity to meet projected demand continues to progress well as Futura works towards an initial launch of MED3000 in certain countries in 2022."
But I am like you growing impatient with the lack of announcements, not just on a deal with an EU/UK partner, but also about the patent on MED. Also how are the other partners doing in SE Asia and the Middle East etc etc
It's been almost 10 months since they got EU approval. I appreciate that it takes time for deals to be done....but I am getting frustrated at the lack of news.
It's not just about making a deal for MED. What is happening about the patents on their products. What about TPR and CBD.
I've started taking CBD oil as it's helps with my insomnia (hasn't cured it, but my sleep is a hell of a lot better) so am interested in a CBD gel, as the oils can tasty very funky.
Come on FUM get your act together....imho of course
personally I'd rather see some decent results, especially the Creswick, as they are a very long time coming.
No amount of PR and communications will push this share higher without some good results...imo
Also, is Andrew Scott the priest from Fleabag....lol
Dactions FUM board have said that they hope to get product (if approved) on the shelves in the US in 2023 not 2022. So i don't believe, imo, that they will wait until it goes on sale in the US. Personally I think, as been mentioned, they are looking for the right deal and this takes time, especially if there are multiple interested parties (must to the annoyance due to my lack of patience lol hahaha)
Dactions - I totally understand your frustrations, I have kicked myself many times that I didn't sell when it hit 80p and bought in again at these levels.
Since the EU Certificate was approved they've always said that the product wouldn't be sold until 2022 (which p*ssed me off as assumed it would be sooner).
So I am holding out for a good 2022, with EU/UK contract announced, product going on sale and the FDA approving MED3000 (hopefully) in the latter part of year. I'd also like to see a quick contract signed for a US deal, as they should have a template of a contract based on the UK/EU one.
Also I'm hoping for news on the CBD product - I've been taking the oil and it tastes vile, so I would use a rub in product. Then we have TRP, which could up with some decent news.
obviously its all imho :-)
What do you mean which countries...there are 27 in the EU and the UK make's it 28...
I am a little disappointed that they haven't made a deal yet. But these things take time. I had a friend who sold his engineering company to Weatherfords, and although a deal was agreed it took almost 9 months to get the contracts signed and that was just with one company. FUM are saying they have multiple interested parties", making a deal harder to complete
I've emailed them three times about him. I've also stopped paying for full access by LSE's lack of action. They didn't even reply to my last email last week. It appears they approve of liars and fake news.
I've even emailed FUM and they did nothing
liambooth is quiet here today, as he's really bashing it out on ADFVN - not that I can see what he's writing as filtered.....so maybe he'll stay there today and give this board a day off....lol hahahaha...
Italian - you are correct, there is no actual date in 2022, as I checked last month. When I looked at all the RNS in the last 18 months a few just said 2022
They could be talking about Thornton & Ross, they are a pharma OTC company for TPR100 and not just talking about MED
