I just tried to order it (for a friend of course lol), but they will only send to Belgium, Netherlands or Luxembourg....
I've even emailed Coopers and guess what.....no response from them either
i emailed them but they haven't had the deceny to reply.....didn't look hard enough to see if they had a chat, so that might be a good idea....
I had enough....got bored of the jam tomorrow.....decided to put my money into FUM...much better short term prospect
I agree which is why I just bought another 22000 shares.....
As I see it, the product has been approved and the FDA just wanted an extra trail to ensure it worked on different ethnicities and that it works for longer than 3 months. All which have been proved by the trails. So I don't see this as a standard bunch of testing and hoping it will be approved quicker than the normal studies all imho of course....
but wouldn't it be great if it was 150 days meaning only 8 days to go.....but I won't hold my breath
I've also just emailed Cooper Consumer Health asking when will the product be released via Framaline or when it will go on sale in the UK. Not expecting them to actually give me a date, but we will see.
I also saw that they still didn't have stock and literally just registered with no issues
Petroc on ADVFN has found that Cooper Consumer Health Group are holding a Webnair regarding Eroxon on the 17th March - see link below
https://www.b-ad.fr/en/eroxon-essm-2023/
I would be wary of the buy and sell price. I think the last few "buys" are sells, but will to be proved wrong
On Tuesday I sold 5000 (as need to pay my engery bill lol) but LSE and ADVFN said they were buys.
But pleased we have held above 50p.....lets hope we get the FDA and Patent annoucement soon...
ahhh okay, I just watched the video that he released today
i just watched the vid and couldn't see FUM on there...am I missing something
I wrote to FUM's Investor Releations team as I was concerned that dates for the sales of Eroxon was found but not heard anything from FUM with an RNS etc. Below is there response (see under the ---------------- line)
I'm beginning to think that there will be no grand launch and that it will just start being sold. I was hoping we'd have a big advertising and media campaign, but from what is written below I don't think that is the case. I'd also hoped that they would get the medical profession on side. We've had a couple of Urologist talk about it, but they've been around for years and at present no one new has come forward (that I have seen).
Is the launch just going to be a damp suid....thoughts anybody???

Futura is aware that its licensing and distribution partners are on track to move towards initial launches of MED3000 in the first half of 2023, as previously reported.
In December 2022, Futura informed the market as part of its ‘Update on a milestone year of regulatory and commercial progress for MED3000’ that initial launch plans for MED3000 (Eroxon™) were expected to commence in the first half of 2023. Please see the PR - https://polaris.brighterir.com/public/futura_medical/news/rns/story/xz0dplr
The Company is pleased with commercialisation planning and progress to date.
I've just emailed FUM and their investor relations team querying what we found about release dates on the https://www.farmaline.be/apotheek/zoeken/eroxon/ website.
Said, that if this information is correct, then it impacts the shareprice and that FUM should be realsing an RNS asap.
Lets see what they say....

someone just posted this on ADFVN - for me I had to click on Continue Reading.....and there is a paragraph in there about FUM
personally I think buyers will only be interested in FUM if we get the FDA approval plus the patent extension. If memory serves me correctly the patent is currently valid until 2029, but if they get the extension then it will be 2040.
Who is going to pay a lot of money if they only get 6 years patent, but they will if extended.
The patent is taking a very long time to get signed off considering they said they put it in after the shock of the P3 trials (which wasn't a failure as some have said, just not the result they thought they would get)
Why are people saying what is the point of the RNS? It's pretty obvious, it's about the new signed contract.......yes the rest is mostly known about, but at least it just confirms what we already know (coming from me that is a compliment as I'm not a fan of the board.
But my favourite bit of the RNS was this below - we are getting more of the medical profession on side, giving more clout to the product.
"International Society of Sexual Medicine (ISSM) in Miami. An Advisory Panel meeting comprised of eight world renowned experts in Sexual Medicine from the USA, Europe, UK and Brazil was convened to discuss MED3000's clinical data, its unique mode of action and how it could be used as a treatment alternative for ED. MED3000 was acknowledged by the Advisory Panel as a potential, safe, fast-acting and effective treatment for addressing the medical unmet need of ED via OTC. Two members of the Panel, Professor Hellstrom and Dr Glina recorded their specific thoughts on how MED3000 might be of benefit to patients. The video can be accessed on the Futura Medical website here:"
I doubt another company will touch this until they get an extension on the patent - which is taking an age to get sorted. I always thought patents took about 18 months, but it's been well over 2 years since they applied for the extension. If I remember rightly they applied for it just after the Phase III trails
oh I'm still in this is my biggest holding, hence my frustration at them taking so long to get this product to market....
let's hope my patience (or lack of it) pays off :-)
I've just sold a few shares, for a holiday I'm about to have, and the price shown is incorrect to what I received for them
Sell price says 42.7p but I just sold 6250 and got 43.225p, which is quite a difference. Why is that?
