Martinelwick. I have been in FUM for a few years now and my issue is the CFO said a few years ago that she wouldn't issue any new shares for financing and would look at other methods. Then literally the next month(or could be two)she issue millions of new shares for funding. This was lazy financing.
If the CFO had confidence in the product and FUM, she could of easily found other methods of funding.
Bandit1 - I couldn't agree more on your comment.
I've never felt the CFO was up for the job and have also emailed the company stating that, as well as on this board a few time.
I'd hoped that they would start looking at paying a divi....but if they do sell up I want at least a minimum a quid
Not often you see FUM on the top of ADFVN % leader board...
Personally, I still think the China company are still seeling there 9 million shares...hence the constant drop. I was keeping a check on big sales and think we've still got another 2 million to go.
But this management are f'ing terrible to keeping sharesholders updated. Also, as mentioned by others it's in management interest to have the sharepirce drop as they will get more shares in "bonuses"....
It's time people started complaining to the management, has I have done many times. If you want to complain go here and fill in the online form

Wonder if Eoroxon will help...hahahahaha... end some light entertainment wit the current shareprice...

Good and bad RNS, Good that they given M8 Pharma and extension as they already have a good working relationship.
But bad, because we have no idea how much upfront payment they received. How are we supposed to figure out monies they are making when they don't tell us. Although I guess we'll find out roughly when we get end of year figures in April 2024
Dd , i like you have emailed them and did so last week. It didn't make pleasant reading. I request that both Barder and the CFO resign, because from the state of the shareprice they aren't doing their jobs probably. Also said dont bother sending to your useless Investor relations as they are as bad as the CEO and CFO. I've got several email accounts and used each one...oh god, as I write this I realise I'm sounding like a nutter.....oh and reply to that part...lol.
But serisously we need people to start complaining and let them know they aren't doing a good job. Also need to get Lombard to kick some ass as well.....but again I won't be holding my breath...
How many shares do you think are left for the fkcers to sell and how much longer do you think it will take...
I know that's like the saying "how longs a piece of string" but boy at the end of tomorrow it's over 6 weeks of this downward spiral.
Thankfully I'm still in credit.....just and again thankfully I don't need to sell any....but this is PAINFUL
I also emailed Barder last night, saying the BOD weren't up for the job, esp the CFO. It's not the first time I've written to complain about the lack of skills of the CFO. I also said not to bether sending the email to Invester Relations as they aren't very good either.
Maybe more people should complain direct to Barder.
Or maybe we should contact Lombard and get them to kick out the BOD. I did look on their website, but couldn't find who to contact.
Futura Medical PLC Eroxon(R) Granted Marketing Authorisation in Mexico - nice start for the day.
But I won't hold my breath that the share will rise signficantly......but yet an another peace of the puzzle completed
Unfortunately on AIM they don't have to qive quartley updates Just full and interims. so don't hold your breath....
I lived in Dubai for several years and there are lots of independant pharmices, but BinSina were the biggest by far.
Even though it's a very conservatice country you could always get "sex" related products very easily, by that I mean condoms, lub etc, not sex toys
The men are also reserved when it comes to stuff like that either. There is no embrassement level, unlike us Brits.
Personally I think the product will do well in the Middle East (as I also worked in Saudi and no real inibitions there either).
The hardest part is advertising the prodcut, as for me that is were the issue will lay. The media in the Middle East is very restrictive and conserative. You can see a violent/horror film at 9am. But you won't see a boob or a bum ever - well I didn't.
We are all disappointed with the current shareprice, looking at the comments on this board.
But how many people have been in contact with the company or even Lombard (as the largest investor). I know I am fortunate to have time on my hands, as I'm retired and so have been in contact with FUM, their advisors and even Lombard.
If more people contact them, maybe they will start getting the picture that shareholders aren't happy.
Here are some email addressess
info@futuramedical.com - head office
investor.relations@futuramedical.com - another head office email address
https://futuramedical.com/contact-us/ - can fill in an online form
futuramedical@optimumcomms.com - investor relations - they are pretty useless as they just spew out released company information
it's about time the management (who i don't really like and have said many times) should actually put their money in their pockets and buy some, to show confidence, especially with the state of the share price at the moment.
but why would they when they keep getting **** loads free for not doing much. i've been around for a while, so seeing the share price at this level with all that has happened recently is making management look incompetent.
in the past when the share price has spiked up they come out with an rns saying they have no idea of the price increase, but nothing with the constant drip....
thankfully i don't need access to my share but i feel sorry for the holders that bought at the top
The company are aware of the dodgy site, as I asked them about it in a previous email about poor RNS's
Surprised they haven't done anything about it
I don't think anyone will do a take over unless they get an extension on the patent, which expires in 2029. Well they won't get a decent return on a potential buyout. if they get the extension until 2040 then they may.
Also, if I remember rightly, MED3000 is just a formulation of chemicals that anybody can produce. So the patent will need to cover a vast array of formulations to ensure that nobody else can formulate a simiular product (pretty sure I read that from someone on this board...)
As I said, I wasn't expecting a response. I wanted the Interim Report to have more details than just the usual figures.
I've emailed them several time and always got a response, not always what I want to hear.
I'm wasn't wanting a response, I pointing out that FUM should give us a more detailed Interim Report RNS
Currently sitting in an apartment in Seattle and it's early morning, so whilst drinking my coffee I decided, in my boredom to write to FUM's Investor Relations asking them about figures in the Interim Report (IR) . Previously FUM haven't been great in supplying much information in their IR, mainly because they've haven't earned any monies.
In my email I said I hope they will be supplying sales figures for not just the period the IR, but figures since. Also requested a breakdown of which countries the product is now on sale in and whether that is just via website or in physical shops.
I also asked if are they having a supply issue, because the Amazon site in Belgium has run out of stock, as mentioned on this BB. Also seen on the BB, the product was going to be available in shops in the UK and asked if this was true.
The last thing I asked for was an update on the US rollout....will be interesting to see if I get a response or what is in the IR on the 18th.
Right now back to my coffee
