EGM for consolidation from 0.13 > 13p with a revamped story, with talk of semnet divering into AI, somehow. OR an ai start up acquisiton.

and then it all starts again, with another 3 year plan and BoD talking about planning/expecting 200x investment... (so eventually back to the price from 2023!)

Not angry... just amazed at cheek of the persistent that ramping of a share that is now at 0.23... let that sink in, a crypto platform (tat can't trade crypto, no has a stablecoin, nor has a MICA nor has one 'pillar' that makes a positive contribution over the cost of running it, and yet is repeatedly ramped as a 'good times' share, with zero evidence of that being true.

it's just 88% of total shareholders deeply in eh red looking for a crumb of comfort.

but you amuse me more than most, having decided to take up the mantle of all the previous champions of this dog of a share who have given up and moved on (and probably sold all their holdings while pretending they were the biggest fans).

again, i haven't a clue but then i'm not in it so it doesn't matter to me, either way. i don't want to get in or have a short... but it's been on my watchlist and it jumped... and i can't see any explanations for the reason?

I think you mean 2023... then it was post a trashing of the sp with a cln as the only way to get a placing going... today is worse as there's no 'stablecoin', no rising 'crypto is going to the moon' ramping and the beginning of the endless 'we're buying easysend' and then the excrable actual purchase of Semnet and the 'woo hoo! we're going to be on nasdaq!' ramp.

so you're going to need to explain what is it that ramps the share now... AND, knowing how the BoD scrape the investing barrel of dying assets or newly created assets with no history (never mind the parlous financial situation), what's going to trigger the buys now?

im here posting facts and to be amused by your 5minute posts, posting nonsense about how well the company is doing.

when it's going well the sp will rise...but the rampy bs here, trying to pull in more noobs just so you can get out with a marginally better result is what's being countered.

it's impossible for 'trolling' to actually sell shares to bring down the sp... only have words... but feeding hope where there isn't much and encouraging buyer isn't any better than the criticisms thrown around by holders... they'd just rather wish endless ramping would encourage new money to come in because "5p by July" when the truth is "bake stops by 15th'.

It's a bit of word play to say 'have enough for tox study' without stating what the cash levels would be after the spend. regardless, whether one needs to raise FOR the tox or afterwards, BECAUSE of the tox i'd still say there's a reason for a push specifically today.

as soon as the share rises for mysterious reasons folk start buying in expectation of 'good news' and that's the market for the profit needed by the placed money.

happy to be proven wrong in this instance as i was waiting for a placing in advance... not so keen on taking it after a possible pump so i'll leave it at that...

of course, being vlaued at 400x the cost per tpa compared to MKA is ridiculous and it'll be interesting to see if MKAR, when it lists is measured by that valuation and whether MKAR suddenly become affected by national security mulitplyer price too or whether HCAC is downgraded. but, as it's only just at the LoI it'll be close to end of year before they're at the stage MKA are.

but if... then MKA/ MKAR is ridiculously underpriced on that comparison. plus, if that WERE the case, then wouldn't be surprised to see a silly buyout price for MKA and once a US company then EU plants relisted separately.

all of that would make the 'lies' estmates suddenly become not just realisable but conservative. (i know ME saying it!) but that's the kind of talk that makes folk delirious and take mad risks.

and would EU want to see this disappear to the US anyway and could they block it?

get into the granular and that's where the sp moves, in whichever direction.

goliath needs a truckload of testing to see how a much larger battery copes with the more complex electronics. it really isn't just a batter of bolting 5 x 10Ah batteries together. if it was then there'd be no need for a 50Ah battery. but we're not talking about AAA batteries here.

same with batteries for e-bikes, cordless drills, vacs... they all have different pulls on the current and they all require major scince to overcome the individual requirements.

it's why car companies who, lets face it, have 1000s x the money Ilika has.

not pouring scorn on the tech... just the sales that validate each iteration of the tech, which needs to be bespoke. and it's easier to complete a tiny micro battery than one the size of the dimensions of a car!

if this was an american company, the money would be pouring into it... as it is, it's piecemeal placings, over and over again.
