Placees needed a squeeze on availability to allow them to sell to retail with a 20% premium. they'll do it again on the next news (assuming something comes in before 28th). then, they won't care what happens to the company, as long as they get their 50-55p price.

What is very obvious is that retail aren't as important as the ii's, otherwise they'd have kept the WRAP open for more than an hour and allowed more to participate. could have easily added another... £3million to the pot? so, tell me, what was THAT about?

Chaebol, afraid nero is right. if you cant distil the info down into a para then noone is going to read it... not even nec. most folk now agree that, withoutt news GST is stuck at this level and the next news is going to be an empty gesture ramp about a name noone has ever heard of or it's going to be a pivot and placing.

only point worth making as evidence is there's no way at all that BoD are going to wait for this share to increase by 800% before they get to evens with their money. but, equally, they're not going to add without some upside to come. so they're going to have to either reset the company, fund it, subscribe to it and then start the roundabout all over again, with a consolidation of 100:1 to make the company look palatable (so knock off 2 zeros from your holding) or let it disappear and take it private so it's part of their own little band of private companies.

the only other thing is to rns 'news' that they're 'doing a deal' with another of their own companies so it does a Semnet and then ramp some more nonsense about Nasdaq.

Yes, well, like i said, anyone who's sitting on 400% thinks the world is amazing and their choices are always spot on.

personally, i'd (again) point to the euphoriaof last year's G7 'grants are coming, £1 tomorrow' which peaked at 76ish with no results. then the slide from mid 50s on inside news that 33p placing was coming, to replace those warrants... who here believed for one moment that either that a placing was coming OR that it'd be at a price comparable to those warrants?

only positive is that there were no warrants this time but then that's why it was so low and undercutting the sp so harshly.

now still 20million ish shares still out there to be sold. will they wait for 240p or will they sell on the next news? you can decide for yourself.. but if you think they're all going to wait until 160p then, bravo!

still a million miles to go and i fully expect the ramps to continue daily: robots need magnets, china cutting off magnets, all the other stories. and, yet, feasibility grants still coming in indicating that there is still plans needed for how to get to those tpas?

if there's a feedstock contract with microsoft or whoever, then i'll believe the tpa targets for 2026, without them...

but happy for the ramps to continue so i can sell (but don't imagine for one moment that a lot of the rampier types here won't also selling to any good spike...

What is scandalous is how the company repeatedly milks retailers. having just got rid of the 30 and 40p warrants almost completely (one assumes) they then issue 38million shares at 33p with only 1:12 in the hands of the WRAP offer.

don't blame the 3 and 10p holders for thinking Santa put this share under their tree but for 2025/26 holders it's been a miserable experience, with just the onstant ramping encouraging buyers to load up.

if we ignore the buys/sells discrepancy, i count approx 20million shares traded since 10april. that makes 10million bought, 10million sold. that leaves 24million (if we assume the WRAP holders keep holding)... that a buuugger of a lot of 33p shares still sitting on an easy 20% profit.

for all the talk about 240p year end targets and or similar, i DO wonder how many of the ramping is working the same McNulty 'ramp for all youre worth and well into it' philosophy?

if there was a MoD contract before June, then great. but the longer the company waits the lower the raise, imo. and you don't want to be waiting until the funders have the company over a barrel.

last year's fundraise was at 33p and there's only been the small stereax revenue this year... and the brompton one is for next year.

i'd have though, like the MKA fundraise that undercut existing holders by a miserable level, the recovery would seem to be sooner than later (if July is 'sooner').

would rather see funraising at 23 now with a guarantee of 50 from autumn contracts than 20p in september... imo

I think they're playing hardball so not interested in 'fair'. and i don't see how CABP keeps its price if CABP refuse Helios offer as they can nix anything else. they know it's worth more, which is why they want it.

not sure voting against them will make it better as it then slips back to pre offer price?

OR are BoD now between a rock and a hard place and forced to take Helios' 85p with the threat that, if they don't, the sp falls back to 72p?

either way, Helios now the tail wagging the company.

Very happy with TPX... and, like this bb, most of them are full of rampy nonsense... and i'm looking for distressed shares which will have a future once the placing is done or has been done and cleared.

MKA undercut with a horrible 33p placing

IKA has no revenue at all, except for grants and has pretty much used up most of the £3.5million they raised last year.

so, just like this share, there' a worse sp to come or has just arrived and needs the churn to clear.

this one will have a 0.13-.015 placing... only way the BoD can recover from having a 2p average... then they reinvent the company.

revenue is king (or not... and if it's not then the money has to come from somehwere until...), in every single case.

First, one poster who has an opinion can't move a market!

two, proactive can't change a amarket, only encourage a few to buy at a premium... the market knows better what the state of play is for the longer term. doesn't matter if you agree or disagree... and that applies to my opinion, too.

finally, my opinion doesn't detract from the future... all i'm saying is the future will need more funding and, atm. it's not coming from Stereax contracts, nor Brompton.

unless there's a contract for the equivalents sums as a placing would need to be for so, let's say £2million, then they'll need to fundraise. and the money providers will want to get shot of their shares into the market... they're not interested in blue sky thinking about 'one day'... they want their 21-20% 'tomorrow', after the placing is done. so, if there's no contract news this month... imo.
