Very happy with TPX... and, like this bb, most of them are full of rampy nonsense... and i'm looking for distressed shares which will have a future once the placing is done or has been done and cleared.

MKA undercut with a horrible 33p placing

IKA has no revenue at all, except for grants and has pretty much used up most of the £3.5million they raised last year.

so, just like this share, there' a worse sp to come or has just arrived and needs the churn to clear.

this one will have a 0.13-.015 placing... only way the BoD can recover from having a 2p average... then they reinvent the company.

revenue is king (or not... and if it's not then the money has to come from somehwere until...), in every single case.

First, one poster who has an opinion can't move a market!

two, proactive can't change a amarket, only encourage a few to buy at a premium... the market knows better what the state of play is for the longer term. doesn't matter if you agree or disagree... and that applies to my opinion, too.

finally, my opinion doesn't detract from the future... all i'm saying is the future will need more funding and, atm. it's not coming from Stereax contracts, nor Brompton.

unless there's a contract for the equivalents sums as a placing would need to be for so, let's say £2million, then they'll need to fundraise. and the money providers will want to get shot of their shares into the market... they're not interested in blue sky thinking about 'one day'... they want their 21-20% 'tomorrow', after the placing is done. so, if there's no contract news this month... imo.

When you can say at what point their revised tpa estimate will be satisfied (never mind the original) then you'll see the sp back on track.

noone who's in can afford to sell at this price and noone who's not in want to buy at this price, with no news out there to justify it.

it's the sp that is what you need to look at and whether there's buying or selling... and why.

Jlr isn't revenue... it's a 'relationship'... until you see a supply contract to feed the inserma and then another contract that proves the production that the feasibility study will prove can generate magnets TO jlr, this is still 'potential'. and with 33p shares out there, limiting the rise on any ribbon cutting, this will remain sub 50 (i'm being kind). and, if one is to be pessimistic, nah! i'll leave the next bit for a more appropriate time.

Doesn't mean it won't get bought out by US...or that it'll hit 240 by year end. just sayin' it's not adding 20% on this lack of news this week.

Not sure what point you're making? that US stocks are valued higher than UK? well, duuur!

the 33p placing took the legs out from the sp and it will until... (you pick the news that'll do it) something allows all the loose shares to be shaken out. and we're not there yet. it'll take another bit of quality news... and not just ribbon cutting. it'll need that german acquisition to prove up the tpa targets for this year. otherwise, th company is still about 'potential' and not 'actual'.

personally, found it disappointing that the fund announced this week was about a feasability study. thought the company had got waaaay past 'feasibility'!

I'll hold off until the results next week... plenty of time to get in if it's good, considering the 12 month spike high was o.oo7.

Not just me 'refusing' to see the upside, it's the market. why do you think the sp is where it is? noone wants the shares... atm, noone wants them even at this price as there's no guarantee that there's a chance of profits without some information from the company that paints a better picture with more than emojis.

until that news materialises...

Looks to me they're converting some of the contractor posts into staffing... it's a good sign, if they hae some verbal agreements to show.
