The acquisition of agents for management portfolios is not necessarily a "good thing" . Having just changed managing agents, one of my requirements was that the new managing agent would not be part of some fee-churning monolith. Given the way legislation is going, the pendulum is moving in favour of the client which will constrain fee income.

Do not care what the PM has to say about omicron...lateral flow tests are being taken pretty much daily by people who are going on the razz or have been out on the razz...their tests come back positive because either they were on fizzy drinks / alcohol/even mineral water last night or this morning they have all been hoovering Red Bulls, Coca cola etc to survive today...guess what lateral flow tests are unreliable even after a Fanta..as any schoolchild in the UK could tell you..funny how the media keeps schtum on this. The only covid test results worth locking us up for are from the PCR test...

Good to see sudden uptick but any reason behind this? Am not complaining!
