It's not a question only of " Ukraine to keep inflicting massive losses on them and then financial cost will do the rest". it is also a question of how much the European/USA financial support of Ukraine will be tolerated by their respective populations, in the face of recession and inflationary pressures brought about by the war.

problem of drones usage// robot taxis...legal liability falls with Amazon/Uber etc. and they have to buy the equipment. I can't see Uber going for robot taxis when they have drivers, with own cars paying them a healthy kickback for use of the technology. As for drones, Alphabet's Wing is in Finland, Australia and USA...largely unpopulated countries. Can't see this working in most of UK. I wouldn't want to write the insurance on this class of business.

US sanctions on Russian grains and cereals are driving up the costs of these...Russia has no problem selling to countries who are not scared of USA displeasure witness India and their Russian oil purchases. UN might feel a bit chary about buying Russian cereals given the stance of the USA .
As previously stated on this subject, the USA is pretty much insulated against the effects of these sanctions being autarkic.
