You can have it both ways, this is AIM. The share is volatile, any RNS has an impact, however fleeting it might turn out to be. 5800 and 10000 shares is a lot now? CEO sold 35 million in December but buying back 300k is significant?

Given how small the share purchases were, they can't have much confidence. Seemed more like a token gesture to try to shore up the SP.

And a change of auditor is indeed common practice, for the company being audited, but it's not common for auditors to dump the company they're auditing... An important and telling distinction you're failing to acknowledge.

I thought the auditors cited Boohoo's corporate governance? Does that not suggest they had a problem with the way the company was being run? Doesn't it look more like they were distancing themselves from potential fallout than amicably stepping aside to give someone else a go? Why else would they turn down revenue like that, unless the perceived cost of continuing to work with them was greater than the remuneration?

Is that what the market's doing? Digesting the fact that it's oversold? Is that why it only rose 4% from director buys and hasn't made any further gains? Seems more like the market is digesting the fact that there may yet be more bad news.

Except the majority of this board seems to be greedy right now...

It's possible to be a holder and still be concerned about disreputable practices and the impact they will have on the share price. Is the key to successful investing to put blinkers on?

Could be, but as easily it could be 210-220. On previous sell-offs it hasn't just been a simple V shaped return to highs. It bounces around the lows for several weeks.

It will recover, but it has to weather the potential storm of failing to find an auditor. What do you imagine will happen to the share price when EY rule themselves out?

Suspect this will go back lower to 220 before it relaunches again. Just be patient.

Yes someone will do it, but having EY rule themselves out would push the price even lower in the short term, no?

What happens when EY rule themselves out for the same reasons as the others and none of the big six auditors want to work with Boohoo? Where would that leave the share price?
