UK/US invade Iraq and topple Saddam, how was that a religious war?
Saudi's bombing Yeomen, it just happens Saudi's dont want Yeomen to befriend Iran, how is that a religious war?
Israel, even today land grabbing, and the Palestinians oppose and they got shot down, how is that a religious war?
US bombing the living daylights out of Afghanista.n, all under the guise of hunting for Osma Bin Laden, the same US who created and funded him, how was that bombing of Afghan a religious war?

Let me tell you of one religious war in the past 40 years, it was Iraq vs Iran (Sunni/Shia Muslims at each other)

Remember what I wrote earlier, there are no common friends or enemies, just common interests. In the name of interest, the US has instigated, fought, invaded, toppled governments, more than any other nations since the 2nd world war.
There is one rule for the US/UK/NATO, whatever they do, they do it to protect their interests and its all good and pukka, any other nation does the same, that nation gets labelled as an aggressor and the leader branded as a dictator.

Unless I'm mistaken, my understanding was sanctions were put in place preventing nations from purchasing Russian oil.
Yet, here we have, India about to purchase Russian oil, and the US turns a blind eye and says its OK India, you go ahead, all is fine. Wasn't the idea to place sanctions and cripple Russian economy ( which was a good move btw).

The BOD of any company are similar to a government, elected to make the best possible decisions. Rather assume, conjuncture up theories and etc, just sit and wait, the BOD will announce when the time is right, right now we don't know whether its the conflict preventing them from releasing company making liquidity news, or perhaps work and negotiations are still on-going.

I think Saddam was tried, found guilty of crimes against his own people and war crimes in general, he was executed

Yet Blair/Bush, in the eyes billions are war criminals, they caused untold devastation, millions died/injured, county split in half, civil war, yet both claim to have achieved success by liberating the Iraqi people, and today both walk free and earning millions by doing a few hours of the odd speech here and there.

I agree, can't predict the future, but with enough Intel, these politicians should be able to take a very good guess at impact of their decisions, unless of course, they are hell bent on doing what they want regardless of consequences.

Even now, Blair says he did what he felt was right at the time, and what he knows today, he wouldn't do it any different, attorney general told him the war would be illegal, the UN said the UK/US had no mandate to invade, yet both Blair/Bush were hell bent on invading and toppling Saddam, all under the guise of going in to seek and destroy WMD's.
