Surely any Ceo is duty bound to look out for the shareholders best interests. If the yards have to be sold , so mote it be. However the highest bidder must include all interested parties and some transparency is required.

If Palmer for example is remotely interested , than he must be afforded the opportunity to engage in formal talks. The media seems to suggest that is not what is happening.
