People get uneasy with no news I look at the massive recruitment drive from NCYT over the last few months , this is for a reason and is not to waste cash. We know the threat of variants to the efficacy of vaccine rollout , Boris cannot ignore it the scientists are all over it like a rash it is a global threat to society ever being able to resume any sort of normality. I await news and am sick of one person was driven from board one is trying to do A B or C. This is the NCYT board let's stick to it united in our desire for success. We are all adults we are able to choose what we do both on this board and off it.

B2h I recall that and all our speculation but nothing since. Out for next few hours but saw a posting from a Muck165 around 9pm which had attached links. Haven't read but poster basically wrote U..S going down route of domestic manufacturing so unless you manufacture there it's a prob and something about needing Eua by end of March and would we have one ( Avct bb)

Just watched an interview with Eric Topol from the Scripps research institute talking to Walter Issacson.
Was discussing vaccine delays in states, no point inbreeding up J and J with FDA as they need to scale up manufacturing.
Decision on Astra expected there in next three weeks.
Discussed efficacy of vaccines against Braziluan and S.A strain , all impacted but still provide a level of protection.
Discussed the next big obstacle as being B117 found in California , Florida and several unnamed other states.
Discussed variants and said we will be in a perpetual cycle of vaccinations and boosters because of this and highlighted the massive efforts ongoing to try and roll one vaccination. The only solution is a pan coronavirus vaccine and we hope to have one by the end of the year.

I guess because they knew people were selling because they believed that the vaccine meant the demise of testing. Whilst negotiating the rollout of PROmate with the govt perhaps they felt they couldn't say this should have no material impact on SP ? Bue the way hello and thx K

It might be because they might be closer to delivering something but I've used my available capital wisely over the last year and as I've always maintained with CS can buy at a much higher price with no risk if I choose to do so. K

Interesting Van and Porky , as I see the much discussed share today in the same way. My first port of call with investment is the Bod and I look at everywhere they have worked and what they have achieved before I hand them my cash. I had a lump sitting to invest but have decided at this stage it is akin to roulette. Sharon's report mirrored mu exact way of thinking about how this will pan out over the next few years. Variants are the ongoing threat to vaccines and the two cannot be uncoupled..
Boris knows if he unlocks and one of these multiple variants gains a foothold we are back at stage one , vaccine or no vaccine. No amt of LFT'S will assist. I await data or call it facts , until I will make a decision re investing there. Odx rose on contract news and fell just as swiftly as facts emerged. Today we heard a selective set of results for 30 patients. Listen if I see a much larger dataset and it looks good then I will throw some cash at it. Not now.

I'm not medical so no idea if that is correct WBernard , but I am surprised such a minuscule cohort tested it seems very strange to me .

So sorry to hear your terrible news it seems to become even more unfair and painful to bare as we near vaccine rollout for many. My thoughts are with you at this sad time Porky. All the best K x
