Well done to ODX holders they have had a long wait. The contract is complex as expected and I believe was discussed previously. It is not a committed value contract , this is the maximum amt that will be paid if all contract extensions within the contract are exercised. Volumes will be decided upon quarterly , no indication given on whose tests will be produced but let's hope they are much better then Innova. Finally no minimum amt guaranteed , it would appear to me the govt have got something right and the funds are earmarked if required.

Re your earlier thoughts on SP buy back, often it causes a sudden spike ( sugar coating) and then a dip. The company is left with shares , worth less then what they paid for them and then has to incur debt to make acquisitions - a risk.
Have a very strong belief that all this speculation can finally he brought to an end very soon as news drops. Hopefully all those who are sitting on paper losses can then recover them.
