I agree Donnertrader but we now expect that to change , if this new chap is a marketing expert then the whole tone of them should be more upbeat with a lot more blowing our own trumpet.

Note that young people will not be given , as they will recently have received their first set of vaccines. In other words recognition that vaccine efficac wanes and the race will be back on to revaccinate all the most vulnerable as they were ( correctly so) vaccinated first.

Agree WNNY , believe D.A spent a couple of years in the states so should be able to hit the ground running with regards to connections stateside.

My take is that with G.M leaving and D.A taking up the reigns it will be D.A
who is instrumental in writing the next RNS. To do that he needs a bedding in period. G.M although still CEO will not be taking decisions that impact the company long term it has to be done with the full backing of D.A. How long does that take ?

Yes I have had some communications from Mandy about 30 minutes ago and they confirm they will not be issuing .

Half saying defo others saying not. Agree dates should be set in stone. Not phased whether we do or don't as we already know more or less know the contents. I am much more interested in a detailed update on LFT'S, what is going on Stateside , future R & D plans etc. Icing on the cake would be resolution of the Dhsc dispute. So I M not holding my breath. Porky I suggest you don't nail your cross to a mast unless the company has written to you confirming a date.

D.A will want to start his role with a clean slate , he will be very keen to reach resolution asap.

I think it is already happening Mac , the private testing companies are dropping prices and I assume we may well be too. If D.A is a marketing guy then he will milk the covid window for what its worth , higher volume cheaper price probably on his agenda. Quality is exceptional , so I for one wouldn't complain if he spent some money marketing the company in the way it deserves , thus far it has been none existent.

Byp , he bought in November , he wasn't out of touch with the company at all. There was no indication that the DHSC would fail to honour the contract at that stage and it appeared that the company was going from strength to strength , all invested believed it and I for one was blindsided by the dispute.
The one positive I can immediatly see from change in CEO is that D.A will not have an emotional attachment to the share and therefore will probably be better placed to reach a compromise with the DHSC for the greater good of the company and its shareholders.

Just more of the same , new derampers , attacks on LTH' s . I don't think G.M had a duplicitous bone in his body , hence his inability to write positive RNS's unless it was a fact.
That in many ways was to me a positive as we were not off to La La land on massive rampothons , his communication style obviously didn't go down well with many and I have no doubt that going forwards the new CEO will be more upbeat which will improve sentiment.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion , I wouldn't call the share I'm invested in dogpoo though BPR , I'd be long gone if that's what I thought .
The company have an incredible arsenal of non covid products already so perhaps new blood with aggresive marketing is what is required.

I personally would like to thank Graham for his incredible work at the helm of this amazing and innovative company. The constant abuse from many who profess to hold probably contributed to his departure. I do not believe that a new CEO would be announced and then within 24 hours a negative RNS will be issued , the company will want the transition to run smoothly and D.A to be associated with some positivity.
Am I pleased ? The answer is I have no idea , he is an unknown to me but I will do research at the weekend.
