Contract disputes are commonplace and it should be easy , both parties signed and one party is in the wrong. So shove your finger pointing where the sun doesn't shine. Perhaps G.M won't negotiate , as i said yesterday, perhaps he is always right.

Why not tell us about many things , this alongside the dispute is why we are all frustrated. The latest release should have been an RNS explaining exactly what it was. For goodness sake other companies RNS a new distributor !

Disagree 100 % we already know first five months of H1 trading figures so lets deal with facts not scaremongering.

Naewise , I do not expect to see directors buying as that would amt to insider trading , so the lack of it does not indicate to me anything. I would certainly want to be involved in decision making impacting the future of the company and have written to Novacyt asking when D.A will join , not the date he becomes CEO. I think we will see a very different news flow once he is at the helm. He must as a marketing expert be holding his head in his hands. He will want a clean slate and not to be associated with ANY issues and I strongly suspect we will learn the good bad and ugly within weeks of him taking over. Sp drop today unwarrented , nothings changed imo.

I am never keen on somebody leaving staying in situ. It is weird to announce retiring and the new CEO doesn't take over for a few months. Do we know if he is in situ. If I was taking over then I wouldn't want ANY decisions being taken which could impact my ability to perform in a certain manner, be it acquisitions, R & D , senior hires , contracts etc. Something strange afoot !

Let us hope that when D.A takes the reigns it will signal the end of joining the dots and herald a new era. I don't want an RNS for a new distributor but all contracts and all releases of products , informing the market of intended use and target end users. No news today warrents a fall in SP save some folks see it as nailed on that there will be no news.

Jack normally posts when he is putting a video up and advertises his services. I thought his last posts were mentioning a week in Cambridge , pictures of Tac and mention of having to take a flight. I may be totally wrong its been so long and I became irratated by it, expecting it to be released instead nada.

Unless it is Lfts have passed Porton Down, a massive contract win, a new product or dispute resolution then until the new CEO arrives I doubt we will hear. This isn't one sided, the DHSC have released no details of the dispute either , simply because they can't whilst arbitration is ongoing. Standard practice , nothing sinister but a field day for those with ulterior motives. If G.M has been pushed then he certainly won't be posting more RNS'S.

Your statement "his mess" lies the blame for the DHSC dispute firmly at Novacyts door, specifically G.M. As a CEO of a company you must be fully aware that even the "best contracts" sometimes end up in dispute and through no fault of yours. Contract resolution takes time and the result could come tomorrow. G.M does not fly solo and the entire board will be hands on with this until resolved. No one complained when they won the contract , nobody knows for certain why they lost it. Although it is frustrating the cash balance will be growing on a daily basis because of the plethora of private testing companies we are involved with , their bau and other covid sales non travel related. They have not employed over 60 staff members to stuff sausage rolls in the places previously mentioned.

Good grief Temuchin you were singing the praises of D.A three days ago and talking about topping up and your belief long term term in the company. Seem to recall it was you who pointed our shame NCYT had to deal with the likes of Matt Handkock. Somebody having a wobble is natural , being disingenuous and writing things which you know not to be true are simply unacceptable, can only assume you have been drinking.

The issue with unvaccinated students who naturally will congregate togeather indoors is that time is not on the governments side.
With the time interval between jabs and most students back in September , they need to have already had their first jab. The govt will know exact numbers for those that have and via antibody tests will be trying to evaluate the size of the issue potentially , as we enter flu season too. There will be a drive to rejab all vunerable , I posted details last week. It is a balancing act with the fear of the NHS being overwhelmed again. We all know testing will be a permenant part of our lives for many years to come and we just have to hope that we can control the spread of any new variants. In the interim I look forward to hearing more about how Novacyt intend to diversify and how the new CEO intends to drive the business forward.
A New York listing will be high on the agenda.
