Well I flew into Heathrow today. Whilst waiting to pick up what should have been a carry on case, I mixed with every Tom Dick and Harry from all over the world. I came from Ireland so no location form necessary , nor any testing, nor was I asked to show my vaccination certificate. Four different flights cases on the belt. So there I stood inches away from everyone from everwhere and if someone in that hall had anything then none of us are traceable. Absolute farce. Variants will have a bloody field day. No one checking if masks were being worn . Prob about 70% had them on. Three women sported them as headbands , others had them round their necks.

I see the Katalyst ad has been picked up on twitter and with posts like dispute will be sorted next week attached to it, I didn't post on twitter as wasn't certain it was new, I would like to believe resolution of dispute is imminent but await as do we all an RNS informing us of that.

Admit no liability and continue supplying whilst ensuring never again most eggs in one basket. Money up front and here you are. The leverage approach could result in no sales now , case still going to arbitration and the result will not be influenced by the fact 80 /100/400 million pounds of further products supplied. All it impacts is cash in bank negatively.

Hi Brent , did you say you lectured covering different forms of ADR or have I misundersood. If the answer is yes , could you assist with a few questions.
It is my understanding that there are different types of ADR, using a mediator or an arbitrator. If the former and agreement can't be reached you can then decide to use an arbitrator or court ? If you elect to use an arbitrator you basically present evidence same as in a court and the arbitrator reaches a decision. Is that correct and is it binding, no legal address after that and if that is correct do we know what sort of ADR Novacyt have agreed to ?Does the duration indicate anything ? May have this totally wrong but any help would be great. Thx K

They can't drop Pcr tests its the only way of picking up variants.
