NO it does not affect Acta the Company, the worst outcome would mean Bertam would have to sell shares in Acta which would or should affect the SP, not the Company!!!!!!! The Legal action is against Bertam not Acta hence the Jan 2012 RNS made everyone aware of the situation and that after the BoD had considered the matter they were happy with everything Acta did and that put it to bed as far as ACTA the COMPANY is concerned .......... and that is why you won't here anything else about it Maybe you should contact P Bert if it is still a concern and while your on ask him why he bought shares in the last placing if he still needs the money for possible legal obligations!!!

Anyone who follows this market will know that this is a big deal! It shouldn’t affect the Acta/ReliOn deal because ReliOn will still be doing what they do. Take a look at ASTA ….. another shell, consolidated yesterday so only 135m shares in issue and 100m of them were placed at 1p ……… so £1m in the bank and a small market cap of around £1.4m VIY, VMP and now ASTA which has given me a hat trick of shells as a punt for the year, will be interesting to see how they all are doing come Dec

There has been a seller here for ages now and that’s after National Grid disposed of their entire holding, my guess is that the seller is probably L&G (just a guess though) ……… not that that is anything to worry about it just means that whoever it is really needs to finish before the SP pushes on ……. IMO One thing guys and girls, ACTA isn’t a fuel cell company it Manufactures a low cost Electrolyser and Membranes for generating Hydrogen ……. the fuel cells in the Acta Power are supplied by Ballard (via Future-E in Germany) and ReliOn

Keep an eye out for the Live video interviews at the Hannover Messe, I know Acta are doing at least one and just before Acta’s talk M-Field will be doing one on their offering and the on-site hydrogen in their product is supplied via an Acta electrolyser ……. fingers in many pies! We may even see something on the new product launch from Acta and ReliOn

Hopefully in the future we should see the Acta electrolyser generating Hydrogen for the Heliocentris Fuel Cell systems in much the same way that it does for the Acta Power or as you suggest the ReliOn/Acta partnership because that was the main reason that Heliocentris became a shareholder and partner of Acta in 2012 The Heliocentris CEO said at the Hannover Messe 2012 that it would be a few years until their system went commercial, so with this months news it would suggest it’s getting close and with quite large Telecoms contracts for their Energy Management system the next step would be to persuade the same Telcos to replace the Diesel generators with Fuel Cells and hopefully the Hydrogen will be generated by ACTA ACTA have fingers in most of the relevant pies!!
