There would seem to be something for the bulls and bears, lol 600% increase in like for like Q1 revenue is impressive in anyone's book, isn’t it? in fact it’s very impressive! …… can they keep it going? the H/Y should help in answering that But ……. The cash conversion, or lack of it, does stand out and unfortunately it seems to be flavour of the month for bears at the moment ……. although they do have a point! Another one on the keep a close eye watchlist.

Heliocentris are pushing their education kits on Fuel Cells in schools, uni’s etc. ……. as they point out the the Fuel Cell car is gaining traction (couple of posts recently on the ITM BB) and there will be a need for engineers etc. Anyway they are also pushing the ACTA Electrolyser as the Hydrogen source …… I can’t post the link as it’s just an email, but if you sign up for the Heliocentis news letter you should get updates

Yeah, it’s starting to look like Acta will finally start to see some traction, starting this year?! While it’s not the game changing order that is anticipated, it is significant for several reasons. Firstly it means M-Field are gaining traction in their markets which is taking Acta along for the ride …….. it’s their third order, each one bigger than the last Secondly it’s more validation of the Acta Electrolyser working in the places that were envisaged Thirdly don’t underestimate the fact that yet again the Acta Electrolyser is being teamed up with the Ballard Fuel Cell stacks

Doesn’t bother me where the revenue comes from as long as it comes! until they show me they are not growing to target or better then nothing has changed, I can only invest on the known facts! Coms said the revenue growth in 2013 came from the ……… “Small and mid-market business partner network increased by 82% since IPO to stand at over 560 with focus on identifying partners committed to growth in cloud services” ……… again I only have these facts to go on, until they change ………… What they did or even what they have said before they listed is one thing, it’s what they say and do now they’ve listed that is relevant The negativity on a BB matters not, it doesn’t really affect the SP even though I keep recommending all the negative posts in the vain hope it drives the SP down, why buy here if we can drive it lower, lol There is a larger seller, I’ve said who I think it is ……… just keep looking for the larger sells over the coming weeks, they could hopefully really drive the price down!!

Some positivity. If the next business update doesn’t show further growth on the £600k monthly recurring revenue (£600k as of Dec 2013 which was on target!) then it would be time to ask questions. The facts are they hit their target for 2013 (as per the info in the Admin Doc, which some who bought here when OUT first listed obviously didn’t read because the 2013 H/Y even though it was on target seemed to surprise some, lol) and they say they are on target for this financial year. The revenue target for this financial year is to hit around the £12m area …….. seeing as they already have enough recurring monthly revenue and non recurring revenue as of Jan 2014 to achieve £8m at the end of the year without winning any new business, then winning another £4m this year would seem achievable especially when taking into consideration that from June last year they were winning an average of £50k in new recurring monthly revenue!!! As for the outages …….. does anyone really think that OUT is the only company in this field to have outages!! They have a very public response platform in Twitter which is very good for transparency, it’s also very good for backing up negative comments!!

Whilst I agree to some extent with rid, they did still manage to generate almost £300k in Free Cash Flow in what was a bad year. The new guys need time to implement changes they think are necessary, which is starting to happen already so there will probably be more cost savings but with the necessary restructuring costs this year They would seem to be in the Financial position to do this with £2.75m of Net Current Assets, of which £1.34m is cash (if they had not of paid that Divi they would have had almost £2m in cash) I’ll wait to see if they can renew their two Bus contracts this year or maybe add another contract or two, but I think C21 should be on the watchlist as being a turnaround opportunity!

If they are selling they have 869,600 shares, which is a fair old chunk for an illiquid share, but as it’s under the 3% notification threshhold, we’ll never know for sure!

I would think so, the Investment Fund has nothing to do with them being a Nomad and Broker …… two, actually three different things there as the Nomad and Broker are separate as well

I don’t think the drop in SP has a lot to do with OUT Taking an educated guess, I’d say the SP is being driven down by Investec Investments (UK) Ltd selling, compounded by some smaller holders selling because they have to or and more likely because they are panicking I say this because Investec Investments (UK) Ltd who hold or held just under the 3% threshhold are selling shares in various companies at the moment to cover vast sways of cash being removed from their Fund (I’m waiting for an entry in ASH which has been driven down very nicely by them selling out) It might explain the larger trades that started appearing in April!

My view? My view hasn’t changed, as per the Admin Doc they hit their revenue target for last year, they had a recurring revenue run rate of £7m at the beginning of this calendar year and they say that they see this years targets being met. After reading the Audited Accounts it’s clearer as to why they think they have enough cash to see them to break even Until I see something official to suggest there is a problem, then I’m happy to hold ……… I’m holding off buying at the present because with it being so illiquid anyone wanting out is driving the price down significantly on tiny volume The plus side to that is when and if I decide to buy more I’m going to get a lot more for my cash!

I’ve only had a quick look here and I haven’t fully digested the ins and outs of UBC, but the 7 Dig acquisition looks good on paper. If it goes ahead (looks like it will), then UBC’s revenue line would go from the £3m/£4m area to around the £15m area overnight (based on UBC revenue and the latest we know on the 7 Dig revenue, which was £11m last year). UBC shareholders will own 7 Dig plus whatever UBC do already, which instantly makes UBC a bigger company The finer points of the deal will be available to shareholders in the Admission Doc which UBC say is still on track for release this month (when that arrives suspension should be lifted), but the acquisition will be paid for by UBC issuing new shares to the owners of 7 Dig who will obviously then become shareholders in UBC, how many shares won’t be known until the Admin Doc is posted. From the info to hand UBC have at best stood still revenue wise in the least 6 years or so whereas 7 Dig have grown from £3m in 2009 to £11m last year (source the 25th Nov RNS), so UBC are getting their hands on a growing business which they obviously intend to grow further. The market awaits the Admin Doc!

I've been having a quick look here since you mentioned it on the GC page and I'm struggling to see why you think shareholders here might get ****ed over! Obviously no one yet knows the fine print of the 7 Digital deal, but it looks like a good deal for shareholders here if it goes through and yesterday they confirmed that the Admission Document was still on track to be released to shareholders this month .......... so it looks like it's a done deal!
