I don’t check the bid/ask here like I do if I’m trading so I don’t know if it firmed or not, but I do know that I can sell all mine at 23p now and that’s the first time in weeks that I’ve actually been giving a price, but like I said earlier I don’t think you can read anything into the info on trades at the moment.
The dragon admits that the market doesn’t really understand OUT (media link above) at the moment ……. whether they should say something about the fall in SP is a personal thing I guess, it doesn’t bother me …….. you can trace it back to bigger sells in an illiquid stock, which is always going to end badly!
They have organised an Investor/Analyst day on the 30th of this month, so hopefully we might start to see some press in the future.
I’m not interested in understanding all the tiny things, I get the OUTline of what they are about and I just want to see growth, I saw it last year and as you say they expect to meet market expectations this year (around the £12m in revenue mark, which would be double last year and doubling is something they say they can achieve year on year for a while! ), they have released news since Jan of new contracts etc. so it’s not like the market is totally in the dark
Where the slayers focus on the RNS with the word trial in it, I tend to see words and sentences like “2013 growth came from the smaller partners with not much coming from the Premium partners which will change in 2014” that’s not an exact quote, it’s me piecing together info, but that info is out there …………. and “starting to see tangible returns” etc. and this is an “example” of a particular model, which says to me they are winning others.
I’m certainly not saying there is no risk here, if they can’t keep growing at pace, then cash will run out, there is no doubt about that, but if they can grow as quick as the last 6 months of 2013 (my rough calcs was for compounded monthly growth of around 12%) then I can understand why they say they have enough cash in the “going concern” statement.
If they do need cash and they can show that they are still growing strongly but need short term working capital, then I’ll still be happy, the need for cash is why they listed! the dragon has said it a few times.
I’m in waffling mode, lol
