I’m looking two or more years out for companies like OUT ……. as long as I see progress then I’m happy and I’m seeing it at the moment, others don’t seem to be but to be fair most are only looking at the SP! lol Yes, so far the company has performed to target, can they keep it up? time will tell but having already doubled the monthly recurring revenue through 2013 they say in the last contract release that they are seeing Tangible returns from the investment they have made. The H/Y is almost up so sooner or later the market will see how Tangible, tangible is! It’s not for me to say how the deal makers value an IPO, but ii’s were happy to pay £1.10p and some were willing to pay £1.12p to fund the soon to come on line IL3 Platform several months later …….. were they correct? time will tell! Directors buys! …….. yep, I can’t disagree that it would show some intent in the minds of the average pi, but it’s not unusual for Directors of a company recently listed who have already invested heavily in the company not to buy on the open market …….. Taking it back private! do behave, lol ……… Takeover target, taking it back private, need a “dynamic” CEO etc etc ………. all pi BB fantasy! or is it? lol If I’m wrong then I will lose money, no doubt about that …… If I’m right then I’m correct in celebrating the drops, I don’t understand those on these BB’s who are happy when the SP of the company they are in is rising and are always saying it’s worth more, but then start crying when it falls, if the only thing that’s changed is the SP and the company is still the same or better then don’t cry and constantly keep asking for news, just buy more while the SP is cheaper because you get more for your money and will hopefully get better and bigger rewards in the future ……… Dumb! that is undebatable, that’s me! Maybe the traders should keep an eye on the beginning of July because that’s when news about OUT will hopefully hit the industry press, investing press etc ……. the reason why I think that is in an RNS!

Not worried about OUT, unless there is something they are not saying then everything is pretty much running to script over there (company wise) ....... just visiting the kids in good old Blighty!

The price the IPO was set at is irrelevant, they needed to raise £10m, they could have done it at 50p with twice the shares, but it would still be £10m! The institutions were happy to part with £10m at £1.10p per share on listing ……….. and they were happy enough to part with another £4.2m at £1.12p to fund the Company's deployment of a CESG IL3-compliant platform, a totally separate platform to the one they listed with. zing ……. I’m more a custard pie guy, lol …….. at the end of the day I really don’t take much notice of what people write on these BB’s The whole Microsoft thing I’m more than happy to go along with what the company say and to be fair zing that is the way they have always intended to go and said so when listing, so if they are so behind the curve and are naive, why did you invest here? there is no logic in investing if you think that as the business model is the same now as it was a year ago! For me the bottom line is they double revenue from 2012 to 2013 they are on target (probably) to more than double revenue to around £12m by the end of 2014 and are targeting doubling that have revenue by 2015 ……… all I see is the first one was achieved and there is enough evidence in the Public Domain to be content that the 2014 target will be at least met ……….. that’s all the info there is at present, but the growth is good enough for me at the moment, if things change then no doubt my opinion will change.

Maximus ........ No I’ve no attachment here, apart from being a shareholder, I still think clouds are “fluffy”! I think you are correct though in that some on here have either worked for OUT and are a little disgruntled or are in the same business and have seen customers depart to OUT and are lashing “out” at the easy target, which is the guy from the telly! …….. the fact that the SP has plummeted adds weight in their minds that they are correct! I just see what’s in front of me and I’ve posted what I see, doesn’t mean I’m right though, lol Some are a little too close to certain CEO’s on AIM and don’t really see what’s going on because it’s not just their noses that are brown these days, lol So for me it’s simple, same business as it was last year …….. only, it has grown in line with expectations and until they say otherwise it continues to grow in line with expectations …….. so SP down equals bargain to some who like me have been buying over the last few weeks, others see “problems” maybe they are correct! So the theme of it being a failing business doesn’t ring true IMO ……. Revenues are growing, Partners are growing (info in the Public domain).......... the costs have been known since they listed, a high gearing business brings problems at the start but if it succeeds brings big rewards, I knew this as I read the paperwork before putting money in, some didn’t!

I’m just a simpleton Rounded figures …….. Revenue target for 2013 ….. £5m ….. tick Rounded figures …….. Revenue target for 2014 ….. £12m …….. the revenue at the start of 2014 was already running at a projected £8m for the end of 2014 even if they didn’t win anymore business! ……. it’s a good bet they’ll hit that £12m target 2015 is the year targeted for breakeven/profit ……… Costs are high but fairly stable, so while they are loss making it hurts, but when they turn a profit it becomes a pleasure, lol All the above (apart from the 2013 final figure) was known at the time of listing! Will they need more funds? ……. It’s a possibility, if they are short of target or cash generation from customers is slow then that would be two of the reasons why they would need more funds and raising capital is the main reason for listing! go figure! While 2015/16 is an eternity for some, for others it’s just, …….. time!
