Yeah, It’s only a bit of fun, amateur analysis is no different to the professionals in that it very rarely right, lol The Balance sheet in the 2013 results should look a lot better, they should have about £800k in debt and because they raised £1.64m in new funds in the second half of 2013 the cash pile should have grown from £800k at the end of the first half to somewhere around the £2m mark, maybe more if the receivables on the balance sheet at the H/Y stage have been collected If cash is around that £2m mark then I would have to say that they have played the rise in the SP to their advantage and should be applauded.

My take on the Finals, I’ll post it here as it will be easy to find when it comes to comparing the real thing and it won’t upset the sensitive, lol The H/Y results seems to have contained the $3.25m order that was announced in Jan/Feb 2013 which means it contributed £2m to the £4.7m revenues in the H/Y, take that £2m and the £1.44m attributed to the Airport away from the £4.7m and that means other none RNS’d contracts totalled around £1.26m We already know that there are no big contracts won that would fall in the second half, so that leaves us (or me) with a stab at Airport revenue and the smaller contracts announced on the website, I’m looking for at least £1.6m for the second half from the Airport, so £3m for the F/Y, another £1.3m in smaller contracts for the second half would equate to Total F/Y revenue of around £7.6m. Admin cost after one off cost have been disregarded should be around the £3.9m area, with a gross margin of 40% I think the F/Y results will show a loss of around £900k after one off costs …….. it will be interesting to see how far out I am, lol bit of fun!

Fair enough, you don’t think OUT stands a chance in the market. I just look at the growth in partners and monthly recurring revenue from the original cloud business (which has nothing to do with today’s announcement) over the last year, but especially the last six months of the last financial year along with the acknowledgement from OUT that they are still on track to hit their growth targets ……… which makes me think I think they know what they are doing, which makes me happy to hold and buy more in the future

I don’t see anything wrong with a little pullback, some would have bought recently thinking that something might come at the Hannover Messe even though history says otherwise and are selling to move on and to be fair it has risen nicely since it hit 5.5p If they secure that first major order, which has to be getting closer by the day then the fireworks will start

It will be interesting to see if they need to come to the market for a cash top up. I think it’s touch and go! At the end of Dec 2013 the 2014 run rate stood at £7m+ (£600k monthly recurring revenue) and £1m in professional services (source, Results and CEO radio interview)……… which basically means if they win no new business in the 12 months of 2014 revenue at the end of this year would be £8m Firstly, the 126% increase in exit rate recurring revenue from 2012 to 2013 came from their smaller partners who totalled 560 by the end of Dec 2013, which was an increase of 263 new partners since May 2013 ……. it would be a safe bet to say they will win more new revenue from these and other new partners during 2014. Secondly the major partners they have won’t start contributing revenue until this year, we have seen the first signs of this potential in the last RNS, which should see a bigger step up in monthly recurring revenue every time a new contract from these partners is won. Thirdly since June 2013 they have consistently added new recurring revenue at an average of £50k per month and as mentioned above it came from their small partners only, we should be looking for that monthly increase to pick up and that will define whether they need more cash! From my basic calcs they need to be hitting the £1m monthly recurring revenue figure by June this year if the cash is going to be enough to see them through, so touch and go! If they are not going to inform the market of Quarterly growth (something I think would be a good idea) then we won’t really know if things are on track until at least the H/Y trading update or H/Y results if no update first. Personally I’ve seen nothing that changes my mind on the potential here.

secundus ……… The guys and girls running VIY have found a company that they think they can grow by listing it on the AIM ………. to do this they will agree terms with the owners of that company, then they will issue new VIY shares to the owners of said company as way of the transaction (instead of paying for the whole thing in cash) and probably some cash as well. The outcome will be that VIY now own the company, the company is now listed on AIM without going through all the normal channels and the previous owners will become shareholders in VIY because they accepted VIY shares for the deal and they will probably get a seat on the BoD Hope that makes sense, also the Wiki paste that JBTHISTLE has just posted explains it as well

If the deal goes ahead it will be a reverse takeover of whichever company it is that they are looking at. It hasn’t got anything to do with VEC, there would be no need to suspend VIY shares if it was because VEC is a separate entity

Depending on the size of any acquisition, it is likely that the first such acquisition under the Investing Policy will be deemed to be a reverse takeover for the purpose of the AIM Rules, which would require shareholder approval and re-admission of the Company, as enlarged by the acquisition, to trading on AIM.” and the company in question should in theory be trading in the Facilities Management and Support Services sectors. “The Directors and Proposed Directors believe that the Facilities Management and Support Services sectors offer attractive opportunities to build a profitable group going forward. Acquisition targets will be either UK based or with a sizeable UK presence, which offer the ability to grow both organically and potentially through further acquisitions.” We’ll find out in time
