No the other site is fine, but your attitude and behaviour talking about a company which I would hope is something everyone supports, is frankly disgusting. And it's non stop for years. Pumpkin, you do understand that Hemogenyx are a real company that have a product about to go into human trials? That they are hoping the product in question will save someone's life and cure them of cancer? You and others treat this whole thing like a big joke, any time there is ever bad news or delays it's a cause for celebration or joy. Any time there is positive progress it's just an excuse to nit pick and post digs at people. It's really sad.

Bhi...it's the same 30m.. they have subscribed to 60m. They sold 30m today, banking maybe 40-45k profit. They still "own" 30m. However none of the shares are real yet so they won't have had to pay yet, having sold half they probably have a balance of like £260k to pay on Friday. It's nothing to do with expecting good or bad RNSs whoever it is probably just doesn't have 600k cash.

It's neither good news or bad news it just is what it is.

The question that matters is what will they do about the other 30m? Will they hold or sell the lot?

So people can have their wee sissy fits all they want, i guarantee the same moaning faces today will be all positive and rosy when the next rns drops, so many flip floppers who are easily emotionally manipulated, grow up, like it or not this is positive for Hemogenyx and trials.

Since when does confidence matter? The investor has several days to settle, and guess what??? Sometimes these investors don't have the cash! If they offer 600k and have 400 or 500k and are able to sell 100k before they have to pay up? Then they don't have to fork over 600k. Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest.

Either way? Company get the cash needed and trials start and I cannot wait for the updates to start so the trolls can finally fudge right off or atleast get buried on page 10 when new investors with an IQ higer than 10 turn up

For everyone else? Don't let the trolls get into your head. Today is an incredibly positive step forward towards trials and a strong indicator that it's happening very soon. Does not mean there is not a bitter taste in your mouth that a flipper got 60m shares at 1p. Ofcourse that part is not pleasant, but HUGE upside, when tuan or stu or pumpkin is posting having sold when the next rns lands saying PLACING!!! They 100% will be full of it. Vlad has used his headroom, placings are finished until March probably.

Some of us are here for the trials, some are here for a flip and quick profit. If you believe today's RNS solidifies trials starting imminently then it's a positive even if someone is getting cheap shares. If you also don't want to see a placing AFTER first injection it's again a good thing. Facts matter, cash matters, sign off of trials matter. If your not emotionally immature and can get over some II getting cheap shares? It's bittersweet but extremely positive yes.

1, how does it not look like a placing? It quite clearly is however instead of the usual peterhouse special going to shorters its one buyer and they appear to be forward selling with already almost 10m forward sold at 1.18p. Given its only 60m total these should be long gone before first patient injection.

2, money ringfenced for trials, read the RNS, this placing has coke after IRB sign off, just a site visit to go.

3, Vlad has used up his headroom. It's gone. Start of trials RNS? NO PLACING. First patient injection RNS and bounce? NO PLACING.

3, MD Anderson are satisfied this is enough cash until Feb/March.

Take the kick in the balls from the 1p gift someone got, but overall this is very good news for us. In particular I'm glad there won't be a placing next time the sp spikes, no more soundings etc. I would have preferred a loan, but financial stability is delivered regardless.
