I'm still struggling to comprehend how so many can put so much energy and passion into trying to destroy the SP of a company which has one goal, to save lives. And in particular a recent shift to saving children with cancer. Genuinely, hand on heart, it disgusts me.

NOBODY here saw an issue with Penn being delayed except for Stu. It was clear from the outset that the issue was with Penn and NOT HEMO-CAR-T despite the lengths and efforts that Stu went too to try and muddy the water to imply the issue was with Hemo. The link provided by HK fully justifies the delays that Penn are experiencing, running out of cash and laying off alot of staff will obviously cause delays with starting new trials!!!

The issue was NEVER an issue despite Stu's desperate attempt to make it so.

THE FDA HAVE GIVEN APPROVAL TO HEMOGENYX TO START CLINICAL TRIALS IN ADULTS FOR AML.

MD Anderson could have launched this trial months ago.

HOWEVER they wanted to see if they could ALSO extend the trial to kids and ALL before starting.

An IND is required to extend to ALL/Kids so MD Anderson will go ahead with AML NOW and ALL in 2025.

There was never a delay or issue with AML, it is a common sense practice of including as many potential indications in a trial as possible before starting the trial.

Why is this so hard to understand?

With that in mind there is NO DELAYS, in hindsight should they have just went ahead with AML at the start? YES OF COURSE THEY SHOULD!!!

Decision is made, AML is running separate to ALL/Paeds. MD Anderson could easily launch the trial at any point.

Stu claims to know the funding is coming in October? Well I have no evidence to disprove this, be interesting to see how braves shorts are this month.

The reaction today from the shorters was nothing to do with trials but everything to do with their belief it was a pump for a placing. That's my honest belief.

Trials can start IMMEDIATELY for AML in adults.

There was a possibility they could have ALSO started IMMEDIATELY for ALL and kids. That is not the case, they require an IND.

They waited to see if they needed an IND, they do so they are going ahead with AML. THAT is the only decision they had to wait on, the decision if an IND was required or not.

The Amendment will come into effect in March 2025." - THIS is what is required for IND.

Again there is NO APPROVAL REQUIRED FROM FDA OR ANYONE ELSE PRIOR TO STARTING TRIALS. MD Anderson could put the trial on their website TODAY if they wished.

dont be afraid of this, he loses as much as he wins, but the key point? hemogenyx are tiny, they have a small mcap, if he and his followers are short here??? thats a huge percentage of the sells, thats alot of shares that have to be bought back to close off.

Ignore the BS over todays RNS. Prevail are the partners to run the trial, they are a not insignificant part of the operating expenses, for the second year in a row they have taken THEIR payment for services in shares having valued Hemogenyx at a significant premium. Come back next September to see another "Strategic Investment". This time last year did Hemo follow up with a placing??? NOPE! This is a transactional deal to do with clinical trials for HEMO-CAR-T, Prevail do the wok Hemo hand over shares.

This DOES cover part of that cash burn everyone was worried about, it does extend their cash runaway as they dont have to allocate cash to Prevail but this is not a cash injection to pay for CBR or CDX etc.

Stu has been very clear, he has inside information that a large non-dilutive funding package is coming in October, ignore his trolling about Penn etc, he wanted to sneak in a trade before the funding lands. Bottom line is with todays padding and the widely discussed non-dilutive funding package before end of the month its kind of stupid to push a placing narrative, its just so unlikely, raising peanuts in a placing would complicate ongoing negotiations.

Today there was a big increase in volume and a HUGE increase in shorting activity. If a placing does not land to close out those shorts then they need to close at some point, and by the looks of it there are ALOT of shorts. Go back 12 months, Prevail did the exact same thing ONE year ago, and they STILL hold those 11m shares or something. Its been a year, they dont want cash they want a stake in Hemo.

Micky, 100% the shorters got a rude awakening today, everyone does not suddenly land on twitter at the same time by chance, the SP spiked up to 3p, these dudes got alerts, some were closed out. Happened back in Feb when the FDA gave approval. Today? It spiked 3p on a small cash injection. Lets see how they cope when the RNS for start of trials or larger funding package lands. I am long past being nervous about the shorters we have seen more and more recently that they DO get burnt here, they are playing with fire. We absolutely dont need results from trials, if a small RNS like this can do this much damage to them then start of trials will destroy them, let alone the non dilutive funding package in the works!

Why are Prevail investing at a premium for a small amount directly instead of buying on the open market.

Prevail are not looking to just "invest" in Hemo, the strategic investment is to protect their existing investment. Buying on the open market does nothing to help Hemo, ZILCH. it may push up the SP but it wont give Hemogenyx a cash buffer to last a few months. Prevail and Hemogenyx have agreed a valuation for Hemogenyx, the SP agreed today reflects the additional shares in issue. Prevail inject cash and it keeps the ball rolling a few months and saves Hemo having to go to the market for a discount placing. It really is that simple, its called a PARTNERSHIP.

Go on twitter for a good laugh, you will see the usual faces going ape s417 about this RNS because its NOT what they wanted/expected.

They are out with the ole "Its a pump for a placing" "not enough money" "Only covers 2 weeks etc..."

The reality? Vlad opted to go to prevail to get a few quid to pad the bank until the trials start, the market has been so bad he has decided not to do placings, can you blame him? This absolute rubbish about cash burn being 400k a month was resoundly debunked.

As much as the shorters may WANT a public discount placing? HEMOGENYX ARE NOT ON AIM.. They are Main Market. They can issue 20% equity per year, most of which has been used.

I am sick of people telling me there are no shorters here and traders dont harm this company, GO ON TWITTER, THOSE BELL ENDS are going crazy because they all got notifications from their broker about their shorts going to margin call.

This RNS today puts cash in the bank AND it raises the visibility. The shorts have increased, pure stupid desperation, volume and visibility will only increase when trials start.
