HOWEVER, generally speaking there are 2 ways to to with manipulation, pump and dump or poop and scoop. I will admit Hemo got caught by the pump and dump crew a few times, but the LT haters and trolls, whom sadly I lump you in with, fall squarely into the poop and scoop category. I know many who would rather make 1k trading this down than 2k trading it and pushing it up.

Ok.. I 100% agree with you, well apart from the not investing serious money part. But actually 100% I agree the level of manipulation here is far and away more than I have seen in any share.

You say you find the manipulation fascinating, I take it your talking about the shorting, trolling, insider trading and manipulation which forced the SP down to 1p?

Or are you seriously suggesting that vlad was some super genius that planned a placing to lure in the shorters just to cancel it and cause a short squeeze and this was some brilliant scheme?

Like seriously, whom are you accusing of manipulation? Shorters or the company?

The simpler Facts :-

Yesterday - Sounds like a placing was confirmed to many, known by insiders and SP had been shorted to 1p by those in the know.

Today - Placing cancelled, no cash grab out of desperation, no dilution, no extra shares.

Was it purely down to price too low? Not enough interest? A better offer came up? MD Anderson starting trials? I neither know nor care.

Yesterday anyone who was short or sold to buy after placing was sitting confident.

Today? Well what do you do if your short expecting a placing that does not come? Or a so-called LTHer whom sold planning to buy in after placing? Do you buy? close? Wait? Uncomfortable place to be....

Dont forget Stu, I am also Stu lol! If I was trading I would be ramping away posting why I think its been pulled, all over twitter etc. Honestly I am just here for the entertainment factor, unlike you I did not sell and I have no money to buy. I am just enjoying seeing so many squirm not knowing whats going on! I dont know any more than them, but I have faith in the company and believe this is a good thing, you have a Blessed day! :-)

Micky, I may have made mistakes in the past, but never deliberately lied. My understanding is there was going to be a placing. It has been cancelled, I trust my sources.

I'll be honest, I don't know if there is a placing or not, but I know the short position is huge. If a placing was planned and has now been pulled? I'm literally going to pee myself laughing when the shorts find out tomorrow.

Is there a placing? Some of the trading was suggestive of one, however it appears to have massively died off so looking less likely, I have also seen shorts closing. Had you asked me a few days ago I would have said yes a placing was likely, now? Not so much. BUT ITS IRRELEVANT, POINT WAS COVERING LAST 6 YEARS when trolls like yourself have done nothing but attack Hemo.

No I included traders and shorters, is forward selling into a placing any better than short selling? Nope, but atleast your starting to accept the damage. As for the CLNs? I know who was involved, they are criminals, and yet again MASSIVE SHORT/FORWARD SELLING was done here to manipulate the SP DOWN.

As for a placing? I have zero clue the structure of the funding coming but have listened to many different opinions. My comment was pretty squarely pointed at your stupidity that shorting does not hurt a company and in particular I was talking about the last 6 years of placings. But hey, again too complicated.

It takes a MAGA republican level of stupidity to not recognise that HEMOGENYX for the past 6 years have needed cash and every time they have tried this short selling has driven the SP down. Lower SP means with 20% the company can raise LESS money and therefore have LESS money in the bank for more dilution.

That said, I and others are already loaded up, whilst its not clear yet what shape the funding will take, it appears obvious there is at least a partial placing, sans a prospectus it cant be more than 60m. Either way it appears the company is very confident of answering that question very soon. With it we can expect news on trials to follow very quickly if they were waiting for the funding. At that point there is very little for the trolls to attack with, the only effective attack vector is, and always has been, funding. That question gets answered and suddenly this is a binary play where HEMO-CAR-T works or does not and that depends on the science. Vlad, get the funding sorted so this BS can end please, Ty!

Are you seriously this thick? When you go on the various brokers and see that 35-40% of positions are SHORT and you wonder why the SP is so low??? Then you have the stupidity to ask where the money is coming from? For the past 6 years they as a junior company on the main market have used PLACINGS to raise funds to pay for the research and fund the trials needed to cure cancer, soon moving to treating CANCER IN CHILDREN.

Placings almost always at a discount to the closing SP and EVERY FREAKING TIME that SP has been driven down by shorters and traders. The knock on effect being MORE dilution raising LESS money putting more pressure on the company, more negativity amongst shareholders and making it much harder for the company to raise the funds needed.

Have Hemogenyx been REALLY F;in stupid in the past by relying on Peterhouse to do placings? YES because the book at peterhouse is filled with traders who always want it cheaper and always want to forward/short sell.

But dont for one second say that choosing peterhouse excuses the shorters.

That argument is like blaming a school for hiring a p@edo to look after the play group and blaming the school when little Rosie and Jonny complain that Mr Jones played hide the sausage with them. Should the school have done better background checks?? Hell yes, but its the buckin p@edo who should be shot.

Every time I post here it attracts vermin, but I will say this, Hemogenyx is so undervalued when the funding issue is resolved and trials start this share WILL re-rate. There is too much potential here, we have all seen the FUDders trolling and injecting max fear over financial stability, that is ALL that remains. This SP is not sustainable, it will not last, Hemo should be worth 10 times what it is right now. That day is coming. Sooner or later the mCap and volume will be large enough to make us largely immune from the bottom dwelling scum we attract so often. That day feels within touching distance.

I have not posted in a few days and I made my feelings clear when I last did, the trolls and shorters who attack Hemogenyx disgust me and I feel dirty when I engage with them.

If your accusing me you may want to accuse someone who has not proven SEVERAL times to others that he has not sold in years. I would gladly prove anyone I speak to my account (Which is heavily in the red) showing my shares from previous placings still there, NEVER sold (Genuine offer to those who are not trolls). Thats the difference, I speak to people here, I speak to the company, I took part in some placings, I am happy to show the directors my holding and give them my details.

There are so many better options out there to attack, so many companies that deserve to go under, walk away from Hemogenyx. This is a choice, perhaps you and others really have not seen the human cost as it seemed so far away but its clear now, trials are starting, in the new year they want to extend to kids. Clean the slate, walk away from Hemo and find another target.

Im not optimistic, but if you decide to move on and attack some other share then I wish you luck, good night and good bye.

Most people want to make money here off the company doing well, I know I do, I am invested here hoping to make plenty of profit but NOT at the expense of progress and human lives. How can you even begin to compare the 2?

EVERYONE here wants to make a profit and I know plenty ex LTHers who have sold up and left, but you know what they have not done? They have not attacked, they have not shorted, they have not lied/trolled and dedicated hours attacking this company.

There is a line, its one thing to lose faith in an investment, to sell up and move on, it is a whole other thing to cross that line and actually attack. You say its all about making money? Well given the choice between a company looking to cure cancer, in kids no less!! Or the multitude of dog shares out there that deserve to be attacked... you chose here?

Sorry, did that cut too deep? Look back over your posts and actions here over the years and sleep well Ssccss, your not alone, your not the worst but the damage done here by those who have opted to profit by shorting/attacking/trading down has hit Hemogenyx where it hurts. The damage done has made it impossible to raise the funds needed to progress research and trials at a pace that Vlad would have otherwise been able to achieve. Funding has ALWAYS been the issue here, always, it delays everything, it leads to Vlad having to take the cheaper path, to delay research, to delay trials, to raise less at higher dilution. Where would we be without that negativity? Where would we be if shorters and traders had not attacked back in Feb? If Hemo had been able to raise at 7p instead of 2.5p?

Lets not mince words here, there is every chance by now that Hemo could have saved lives where it not for the actions of shorters and trolls. Those who take part? I hope your attacks made you enough profit to justify the any lives already lost or to be lost in future. One day CAR-T/CDX/CBR will be proven, it will save lives, many of you will probably be invested at that time making profit as it goes through the roof. Boasting about your smart investment and how your a brilliant investor, despite the fact that to date you have taken every opportunity to profit by trading down and shorting and delaying that day of success.
