Time will tell, what I know is Vlad, his team, LTHers are sick to death of hemo being treated like a penny stock with ZERO correlation between mCap and value. CAR-T is worth 100s of millions and yet the company is what? 15m?

I also know that many of the bigger names WILL NOT TOUCH HEMO if they are under £2 on this market. They have been a penny share for too long. Time to move.

This is a consolidation to take us away from penny stock status. It makes Hemo worth EXACTLY THE SAME but shares will trade £4 instead of 1p. I have been told that SOME institutional investors plain and simple will not touch Hemogenyx as a penny share. It DOES give the company the ability to place shares once this is done in a few weeks time, HOWEVER at that time they will be IN TRIALS.

If you are sick of Hemogenyx being treated like a penny stock then this is a GOOD thing. Also, 100% trials are signed off, there is no ambiguity, there is no waiting for a site visit etc. MD Anderson have signed off to start the trials.

This is not some dirty trick or ploy, the timing is not to do a placing in the immediate future. This is Vlad getting his house in order.

Davh, honestly LET them sell, anyone selling deserves to sell, anyone holding deserves to hold. If people assume this is it and as good as it gets as we finally launch the FIRST trial for Hemogenyx? They are deluded :-) Honestly, Pumpkin confirming they had sold this morning was the BEST news all day! We dont want traders holding stock, we want pharma investors, LTHers, directors, funds. SOME for traders yes, but honestly we are at the point we need to start seeing some real investors.

Because first jab could now come at any point, and we will know if its not safe within the first 2 weeks with further results after 30 days..... Micky this is a fantastic step but I am not sure I can say the same about the RNS, it left me confused initially and have reached out asking them to clarify it as if I have questions I am sure I wont be alone!

1, It does not say Site Visit

2, It does not name MD Anderson anywhere, seriously go read, no mention!

IMO this is like cows lying down before it rains, the farmer knows but billy bob thorton still drives along with the top down in his convertible. I follow Hemo and there is no organic spread outside the usual channels and posters, nothing from MD Anderson yet and its not formally on the clinical trials site.

BUT....

Its done, it IS live, it WILL go on the clinical trials site, MD Anderson WILL formally launch it and the Pharma investors and discussion groups etc WILL start to talk about it and take positions.

I did expect more of a sharp spike this morning but the 10m auction seemed to do its job of delaying it, so be it, the likes of Pumpkin sold for their price instead of considerably higher. This is going one direction.

Let the LSE traders out and see who takes their place, the penny stock traders sitting with their 7am alerts are not the pharma investors who make rational investments long term based on science and news. Also worth pointing out, we are blue based on the same limited audience (Needs to get published and discussed outside the usual chats) EVEN THOUGH shorts have INCREASED, the sell on news + Shorts and its still blue. A short HAS to be closed. Roll on first injection!!!!

FWIW as annoying as it may be on days like today it IS alot better than when we were on SETSQX. Today if an RNS lands and its big then traders can place orders at whatever price they want, buy and sell, and they will get crossed and filled. Market makers can place their orders but they have to honor them or they withdraw and move out of the way, basically the MMs cannot artificially FORCE the SP to be something against the wishes of the market movement, goes both ways they cannot suppress a massive rise but they cannot guard against a massive fall either... Previously however the MMs were gods, they put up their orders and the SP displayed was the mid price between them. If at an auction throughout the day there was a cross then an UT would set the price... for a while, then an MM moves their order and resets it again. Basically they could drop the SP to wherever they wanted and just refuse to sell shares and there was nothing we could do about it. On SETSQX which we were before if a massive bumper RNS had landed? The MMs could easily have just said "Na, not selling" NT for the rest of the day and hardly moved the SP, unless people actually rang up to trade over the phone it was just not moving. However they also could have protected us from a massive tank (yea right!).

IGNORE the SP.

If I or anyone else wanted the SP on here to say 1.548 we could and it would be blue, but I am not wasting my money to do so (Yes it only costs £3 but why would I throw it away?)

The displayed SP is IRRELEVANT what you pay or recieve when you buy or sell is all that matters.

Sorry but what did you want the RNS to say? It says:

"Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval at the initial clinical site is anticipated by the second week of November. Following IRB clearance, a Site Initiation Visit (SIV) is expected to take place in the third week of November"

Would you have preferred it to say:

"Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval at the initial clinical site is guaranteed by the second week of November. Following IRB clearance, a Site Initiation Visit (SIV) will definitely, pinky promise take place in the third week of November! Even if there is a hurricane or nuclear bomb goes off outside we will double Dutch promise its happening week three!"

Like SERIOUSLY? How often do they actually tell you the week of the month is happening??? They provided the week because it was scheduled for this week, a big large professional company that is used to doing this said Week 3 so Week 3 is in the RNS. And what do we get? Pathetic pumpkin with the stupid childish emoji and the snide pathetic comments. Grow up, sell and move on please!
