Lets address the elephant in the room...

Yesterday morning, 7am: "IRB Approval for Phase I Clinical Trial"

HEMOGENYX ARE CLINICAL, their trial IS IN CLINIC, PATIENTS CAN BE TREATED WITH HC-CT-1 (HEMO-CAR-T)

But they have not even started the PR for that yet, expect next week to be all about trials! First patient injection could come at any point, is this any less significant now than prior to the EGM RNS? NO!

< £15m for a clinical Oncology IN trials CAR-T company is unheard of, but yet people are stressing about Vlad moving the SP to a price where American funds and institutions can start to invest??? Instead of caring when the first patient injection will be announced???

100m was traded yesterday, 100m... if you say slightly more than half are sells? We understand why and who sold, Who the hell was buying? THE PEOPLE WHO SOLD DID SO as a reaction to the consolidation RNS and then many came on here trying to understand what it actually meant. So people panic sold out of fear not understanding why they sold based on an RNS that does not introduce ANY shares for at least 1-2 months. The reality is this RNS guarantees no placing now until end Dec but most likely January Feb. The killer of all rises is 100% dead, the prospectus is 100% gone now with this update, so ZERO new shares, 50m+ dumped and taken up by new owners and lots of people who sold in a panic now starting to understand the consolidation having panic sold.....

Hemogenyx could inject at ANY POINT, then within weeks we could find out if it kills the patient or not and we will know safety to a point, then this gets real. ALL before any new shares issued from a consolidation that itself is weeks away!

Seriously people, anyone who did not take advantage of that drop yesterday but actually fueled it by panic selling needs their head examined.

HEMOGENYX ARE CLINICAL, TRIALS HAVE STARTED. This is not yet being discussed because of the second RNS, but it WILL be, and not just here, one of the most lethal types of cancer with few effective treatment options has another potential treatment option.... Like seriously, THIS is what people should be talking about instead of obsessing over a change that ALLOWS AMERICAN FUNDS TO INVEST HERE....

Like I said I get the emotional rush to the exit when the RNS dropped Friday, I get it... But when the smoke clears? When people actually realize what's going on here?.. Like I said, good luck! Your gonna need it! If you helped drop the SP on Friday, thank you for the 1,000,000 cheap shares!!!

Exactly, the 400:1 bit is scaring people, scared me at first also, but when you understand why? My response was a massive sigh of relief. I actually fully get the initial fear response and sell off, so I am not going to criticize those who sold in a gut reaction. Like I saw the RNS and I was WTF!!!??? But having read and re-read, having looked at where we are right now and speaking to alot of people I was Thank God. Thank Fudge this penny share nightmare is over. I then put my conviction into action and bought more at 22-Nov-24 16:24:14.

The timing? Not great.

The market reaction? Not Great.

The SP? Not great.

The end result? Worth it.

Here is the fun bit:

Clinical trials have started, we all knew first injection is "The big one" that has not happened yet, that very well could land BEFORE the consolidation.

Traders and shorters however love a consolidation because until Vlad proves one way or another if its good or bad for us they can shout and scream that its bad.... HOWEVER they are doing that in a period when we are expecting first injection lol!!!! So if you believe Vlad is going to shaft us all and himself and dilute at stupid prices after the consolidation then you have to sell or short. However doing so leaves you incredibly open to missing first injection OR being short when it happens! And let say shorters DO hold for consolidation and there is no retail placing?...

A few weeks ago we were excited because an institutional investor had put in 600k, they then turned around and gave Vlad the finger and forward sold the lot leaving us back where we were. If that had been an ACTUAL II who was holding for trial results? What would the SP be now???

Does nobody else see and realise here that the problem IS the shorting, the forward selling, the insiders trading down placing after placing? IT does not matter if the placing is at 1p or £10, the problem is going to the same shareholders who DO NOT WANT TO INCREASE their long term Hemo holdings, they want to either flip or forward sell or short in advance. EVERY SINGLE TIME.

The CLNs again, it was a disaster because of the shorting/forward selling leading to lower VWAP, which got replaced by a placing taken up by.... retail traders who flipped them!!!

There are American companies, funds, II who will invest here, who CANNOT DO SO because today this is a penny stock.

This consolidation should have next to zero impact on most shareholders, it puts off traders and penny stock placing flippers, but as a shareholder??? Your portfolio does not change.

So what happens monday, tuesday, wednesday? REALITY CHECK.... There IS NO NEW SHARES in circulation, there IS NEWS coming, Vlad WILL do an interview to explain this and the start of trials. Its clear who has already sold... Who else is planning to now dump at this price based on a bit of FUD spread by shorters and traders who are GUESSING what Vlad MIGHT do in a month or so time?? Like SERIOUSLY? Launch of trials, start injecting patients and mCap is going to stay at 15m? Yea right.

Let me be more clear.

There is no placing AT THIS TIME. There is a consolidation to ENABLE a placing if Vlad so wishes, as Hulver states, following this when the SP is £x he could still do a placing for 1p a whopping 99% discount, so yes, it gives Vlad control. HOWEVER the reactions on this board are extreme to say the least, I have seen many many consolidations on dogs such as SYME, VAST, PREM, DKE etc, placing after placing then consolidate 10:1. Hemo? They are doing 400:1, Vlad STILL owns a large percentage of this company and he is sick of this BS.

People who have sold are now telling us "Wait for the placing and buy after!" Which assumes:

1, There wont be any news that moves the SP north of 1.3p..... In a company that launched clinical trials YESTERDAY, that is at the single most pivotal point in their history which has been completely overshadowed.

2, Any placing will be with the same worthless retail traders who just flip/short/forward sell.

There WILL be news, it will include more discussion about the launch of the trials, this WILL flip to discussions about SCIENCE and not consolidation. People WILL buy to take a chance on successful results, people would be buying at 4p/5p to wait for results so trolls actually want to convince us that people should wait JUST INCASE vlad does a 50% dilution in several weeks time??? Gimme a break.

Trolls and traders are LOVING this, they are loving the freakouts and the panic attacks and the uncertainty and fear and will make the most out of it. ALL OF THIS... ALL THIS UTTER BS. THIS is why Vlad is doing the consolidation, he does not want US taking his placings, he does not want US on LSE trading/shorting/attacking/trolling his company. The man is SICK of the pumpkins of the world. If he was content to let it continue he would do a 10:1 conversion and say screw it, peterhouse do your worst!!!

ENOUGH is ENOUGH. If you are sick of having so much stupid drama and manipulation and trading and shorting on LSE, the absolute swamp of trading then VOTE YES. Let the man bring in investment from the US. Not one single share to the peterhouse clients.

There is no placing, there is no placing price, but this deliberate misinterpretation is part of the problem and why vlad wants rid of retail investors.

so either he is doing it again? or he is going after actual real ii. and they demand an sp that's not a penny stock.

Ricky, phase 1 HAS started. As to why they are spending so much time posting now? That's obvious, a mix of shorters and people who knee jerk sold desperately trying to reassure themselves they made the right decision in this cesspool echo chamber.

Davh, the details are 100% irrelevant here, if you own £1000 worth of hemo stock today you will own £1000 (or whatever the SP moves to between now and then) when they do the consolidation. There are NO new shares being added on that date and no change in value to you as a shareholder. You will have less shares in your holding account, thats the only difference. the value remains exactly the same.

Now the pants pooping party on here is because either people think its for a good reason and to re-habilitate the share OR its a bad thing so Vlad can play PREM/VAST/DKE with us.

Make up your own mind and take a position accordingly.

100% people are reacting more out of emotion to the SP reaction than anything logical.

Those saying this is bad news following good news.... err... OK then, but how does MD Anderson invest if there is no headroom? 1p Is toxic, being a penny share is done, if your a penny share trader sell up and move on, if you only hold 300shares sell them quick! Hemo, Vlad, LTHers are SICK of hemo being treated like an AIM market penny share. I am 100% certain people will sell and never buy hemo back when it's not a penny share any more.......
