Ok, responding because at least your being somewhat sensible now.
1, Your following the sentiment based on the deluge of posts on here after the RNS, you ARE following the traders, the shorters in particular (This is not up for debate, they have even went so far as to publish articles on websites) have created the momentum and you got swept up in it. Just because you dont realise you have been manipulated and egged on and made part of a bigger action does not make it any less true. Look at the Maga movement for a prime example.
2, The consolidation IS inevitable, we want it if its for the reason that vlad has said, based on what I have heard? It is positive and I am supporting the vote.
3, Dilution IS inevitable, the terms are not, first of timing, the vote has to pass, THEN the shares have to be updated and companies house register amended before anything can even start so already we are weeks away. Next Vlad has been very clear here, he does NOT want a peterhouse special, AND peterhouse cannot raise for him the 10s of millions he will need in future, they cannot do it, they scrape the bottom of the barrel with traders on here who forward sell and short. Peterhouse can only ever offer Vlad what their clients can forward sell/dump BEFORE the placing, at this mCap? Thats zilch, so from a practical standpoint its just not even remotely possible at any price. HOWEVER Pharma investors love to speculate on clinical trials, they buy before results because the potential payday is HUGE. Will they ask for a discount? MAYBE but its irrelevant, if its an actual II buying in for clinical trials then the big point is those shares are not flipped and dumped on the market., Zero new shares = Good for us and price paid becomes irrelevant.
The point is, the remaining shorts will close, SOME of those who panic sold on friday and yesterday will buy back, not all but some and when they RNS MD Anderson starts trials for AML and that gets spread on pharma publications? There will be more investments there also. Of course that is going to move the SP up again. So while YES in future consolidation and dilution IS inevitable, it happening with peterhouse at a discount to todays prices and those shares being flipped is incredibly unlikely and THAT is why the shorters have started closing and trolls have started going quiet as they buy back.
However Ssccss, no I dont think your the worst, nor do I think you short and no I do not blame you for the actions taken here, in these circumstances IMO it was the smart play. And with regards to those who did short? I cannot blame them either it was the smart move, but the window is closed, its time to move on and talk about the science.
