All about the numbers. When was the last time there was a short squeeze here? Last Feb when the SP touched 7p, NT for the first hour or so. But Vlad went and let them off the hook by doing a sounding, let the SP Angel investors know there was one coming and then Peterhouse. This time? Based purely off the numbers on the leverage lenders so we are talking CFD shorting, the numbers are likely anywhere between 15-30m shares short here. Daily volume rarely goes even close to 10m total. So do the maths for me, assuming there is no discount placing, assuming most of the traders have already sold, assuming there is little left to short (I have spoken to Spreadex and IG) and they are pretty much at max risk for them, have not rang the others but I assume a similar scenario.... How exactly to the shorts close without pushing the SP up significantly? I had assumed they would have a good go and attack on Friday after the consolidation but frankly so many were sold after the last RNS with no buying its hard to picture HOW they could have another go.....

So yes pumpkin, to be blunt I do expect a significant movement in the SP, without discount placing we have shorters looking to close and a tonne of traders waiting to buy back in. Tick Tock!

Should be pretty obvious I am not making up the Zero Discount + warrants fundraise, if I wanted to make something up I would say a guaranteed grant from MDA (Which is possible, no clue)

So if there IS a fund raise with american brokers..... And Suddenly the SP is above $2 and these brokers and investors are allowed to buy stock in Hemo....... And we get news on first injection..... And we dont have the consolodation hanging over us..... Hmmmmm.... What does that do to the SP? Does it go UP or does the mCap go even further down from 14m?.....

Thats a tough question, the SP is a fraction of what it was when THERE WAS A FREAKIN CLINICAL HOLD.

So that Question the shorters should be asking... When is this American fundraise going to happen? Is it going to come with the consolidation? Next week? After X-Mas? And assuming there is no discount do they want to close their shorts AFTER its announced or before............. Thats a tough question..... FWIW calculations on IG/Spreadex/etc put the total shorts at 10s of millions.... Its gonna be fun seeing those all try and close without a peterhouse special!

IMO its gonna be bloody spectacular, and it would not surprise me atall if it starts tomorrow.... Or maybe everyone wants to wait until after the consolidation and run the risk? Good Luc..... Scratch that. Burn!

Ok, not an attack would appreciate a genuine answer, its clear you have already sold up, no judgement, the consolidation RNS was pants, dont blame anyone. HOWEVER..... You and I both know you will never buy back into hemo when its a pound share, you deal in penny shares, again no criticism, but lets be honest, you wont buy back into hemo after Friday and its too late now for a trade. So chances are you will never be a shareholder again, so why are you still here? Is it purely to be annoying?

Nice to know I am not alone :-) I sincerly hope that those who did sell come back with just as much vigor to attack the likes of BeardedChicken, pwil, pumpkin, WWW, XX etc when there is NOT a discount placing, when suddenly they are paying much more to buy back. Im happy to stick my head up now and take the abuse, but I would request that people remember the words of those who convinced people to sell and attack them when the SP is going up and they have slunk off back to the sewers.

Dont listen to LSE, you have questions reach out to the company or her agents. @Pumpkin your absolutlely right, prevail are sitting at home scratching their bottom holes, no progress on the trials whatsoever, as you were, you have time to play a trade in Red rock or some other dog before anything happens here. Hemogenyx have been (Confirmed multiple times and publicly available in an interview) in talks with financial institutions in the USA regarding fund raising. There is no future for Hemogenyx raising via discount peterhouse specials any more. That era is over, they need 10s of millions per year not 600k a quarter. The days of forward sold and shorted discount placings is DONE. The days of placings full stop is probably not far off..... But thats for another day.....

Hemogenyx will raise money in the near future of that I am certain, but unlike the one with the smiley faces, who are EXTREMELY active right now (but apparently they are not short....) whom want to tell you its a peterhouse special and encourage everyone to sell? Unlike those people I am LONG, I have been adding and I will repeat once again, Vlad is looking to do a fund raise IN THE STATE. With ZERO discount and warrants attached, this is the model used ALOT and very successfully in the states where companies like Hemo would be valued in the 100s of millions not 14m.

I will now be shouted over and this post hidden, by lots of voices who have either sold or shorted, I really dont care which, but many faces whom have as if by magic just appeared when the shorts also appeared on IG and spreadex, MASSIVE CONCIDENCE.... Yea.....................

Dont listen to me, LIFT YOUR PHONE, open your Outlook and contact Hemo, contact Peterhouse, contact SP Angel, ask them "Are you looking at discount placings in the UK or are you going after US investment" Ask them have they started trials and should we expect news on first patient soon. Ask them does lack of letter from MDAnderson have any great impact on progress. Ask your questions, but DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING POSTED ON LSE AS GOSPEL. EVERY SINGLE PERSON who posts on here does so for a reason. Use your brain and make the effort.

Simple as that, you have ZERO clue what's going on but profess to know exactly what will happen. On here, the shorters are already short and most people on here have already sold, everyone else has packed this site in. No there won't be a massive discount placing, no vlad is NOT going to peterhouse. Yes, I'm offloading now while pumpkin is still here, we all know they will be too embarrassed to post when the company is not a penny stock, it's like when a toddler singing in a room of grown ups finally has the self awareness that they can't sing. Micky, this will only fall if shorters manage to find more stock to short and have the balls to do so when we consolidate, it's not a peterhouse special, there won't be some big dump of discount shares, the likelihood is as soon as the dip sh17s realise I'm right and peterhouse are nowhere to be seen they will soil themselves trying to close their shorts. LTHers are not about to suddenly sell now. The new investors are not about to dump. So how many shares do the traders have left that they have not already splunked over the wall? How many more shares are available to borrow? Bottom line, if the fund raise doesn't consist of a large dump of discount shares? The shorts lose and the traders can cry on the sidelines and pumpkin can go on to some other penny share.

This consolidation was about allowing Vlad to raise funds in the US away from the grubby hands of the LSE traders.

Nefabeta no, well YES its on the radar to move to NASDAQ at some point but not right now. Basically Vlad is speaking to institutional investors in the US to raise funds, historically he has went to Peterhouse and raised via retail investors with large discounts, which is why so many people are shorting and selling, thats what they expect.

The reality is Vlad is seeking investment from American investors, where there is alot more capital available AND they are more likely to demand Warrants at a premium Vs a discount in a placing. And yes Americans can invest here, just like you can invest in american companies.

RP, the LSE market is dead, there is no liquidity and the pool of shareholders willing to take part in equity investment is tiny, as such they demand large discounts and either short or forward sell before the placing or flip ASAP after. American lenders would look at Hemo as peanuts, low liquidity and tiny mcap and not worth the effort trading. Vlad clearly has the ear of some who are willing to invest and on terms of Zero discount + warrants. IE they are NOT looking to immediately flip but rather take the risk and wait for results. There is a HUGE difference between a Peterhouse Special and an ACTUAL, solid, no discount II investment. The biggest difference? The people who are shorting here are not going to get their hands on a single new share from any fund raise and will be forced to close/buy back off the open market.
