2025 is going to be a transformative year for Hemogenyx and her remaining shareholders, money has ALWAYS been the issue here, its always been a case of keep the wolves from the door until first injection when funding becomes much easier. We made it. So roll on 2025!!! Hemo made it, clinical in 2024! Results in early 2025!

Definitely Tilly, looks like our friends yesterday turned up. Fired in a short first thing expecting it to go red as it always has in the past, spent the day posting empty fud, then closed at a loss. Not shorting because they knew anything but because Hemo ALWAYS goes red any day they have an RNS. Just like Hemo ALWAYS do a discount placing after good news. Same as how Hemo are ALWAYS just 18 months from going clinical and how Hemo ALWAYS behave like an AIM stock with penny traders.

When will these people click on? Most of the penny stick traders have left. LSE is dead compared to old days because the paper hand traders sold and left. Hemo IS Clinical, first injection could come ant day. Hemo is NOT a penny stock any more and they are not on AIM.

It took Vlad 6-7 years to get here and sort his head out and realise he can't take fundraising for granted. But he did. Peterhouse are OUT.

MD Anderson are in control of the trials and the American investors pretty much forced Vlad to consolidate so THEY could invest. And the SP? Despite shorts remaining open and even increasing? Despite the number of individual shareholders shrinking significantly??? It's moving up.

I assume Haywain was about to explain something like:

"This will be a maximum of 18 patients, the FCA require 3 patients at each level of dose escalation and when the required efficiency is demonstrated there is no need to proceed. Therefore if the first 3 patients at the lowest dosage showed 100% remission the trial would move to phase 2b" The 18 figure comes from Hemogenyx as the maximum btw.

Chris, the funny thing is some of the traders/shorters really dont get that they have been left holding the baby. 100% I guarantee you a few of them actually believed the narrative that there was a 0.5p placing coming or potentially going bust at 0p. I have just been blocked by one because one of them is pretty much begging me to say I am making it up. There were people posting articles on the internet saying how this was all a scam to do a big discount placing and none of it was true, and now? The gang leaders HAVE GONE. Spreadex still 36% short and IG 10% short (Plus we are down to less than 51 shareholders on IG total, that used to be ALOT higher)

Seriously I get accused of being over positive or "Rampy" etc but atleast I hang around good or bad, the number of people who actually bought hook line and sinker as pure gospel the word of a few trolls who turned up after the RNS is crazy. It was as if there was zero doubt, the 0.5p placing was absolute truth, to deny was blasphemy, Hemo was finished and everyone should sell or short. I said then it was nonsense, its STILL nonsense, the company is about to inject their first patient with MD Anderson who are not about to allow a company about to go out of business near their patients.

Its utter madness that people are so quick to follow like sheep the trolls who turn up in a flash and dissapear just as quick, and then hang around like a bad smell praying that the BS they were fed somehow becomes true.

Nope, I have the same information as everyone else who bothered to pull their finger out and read whats been published, listen to the interviews and contact the company for clarification.

Its the reason for the consolidation, he has done two interviews on it + several RNS's making his intention to fund raise in the US crystal clear, not sure why that part would be considered contentious?

As for the no discount + premium warrants? That was said by Vlad several times in both zoom and its mentioned in the interview and has been clarified in several conversations that many of us have had.

NONE OF THIS IS INSIDE INFORMATION. If an agreement had been signed and not yet delivered when we were told? Yep certainly that may be inside information, but the CEO saying "Hey guys we need cash, peterhouse specials have smashed our SP so we wont be doing them again, instead we are consolidating so we can raise in the US where its much more favourable and investors want warrants not discount" is NOT inside information, its common sense. Just because you and others may not like what he has been saying and I have been repeating? Irrelevant, that's what's happening :-)

What the trolls really don't seem to realise is what they say on here is irrelevant. They can say "placing" all they want but unless it's backed up with an actual Peterhouse special discount placing then they are wasting their breath. There is sweet FA selling because there is no Peterhouse special, there is no discount placing, there is no dump.

There will be fund raising, but it's not going to be at a discount share price so the argument of "wait for the placing before buying" goes out the window. Actually buying pushes the SP up so the fund raise ends up being HIGHER than any price paid by people buying today.

Anyway, what should be clear is despite the clear troll bias on here it's not working. People know where this is going, we all know know first injection is soon, it should be obvious by now I was not guessing when I said American fund raise, no discount, premium warrants. Anyone still short? Yea... good lu.... na, burn 🔥 😀

Yes, same as back in Feb when SP started the placing but it was extended to Peterhouse, from 7p to 2p... However same deal as Peterhouse, same pool of investors, some of whom are active posters on LSE, same as every time, want to sell first use the same pot of cash to buy back in a placing at a discount. And yes Peterhouse did know about it and the prospectus. Its called a Peterhouse special but that does not mean its only Peterhouse who are responsible, its endemic of the UK small cap market. Placings done by the same brokers, same small pool of shareholders going back time and again to existing shareholders who dump/sell/short, take part in placing, demand a large discount and flip.

*DISCLAIMER* I do not blame Peterhouse or SP Angel, FANTASTIC people in both, I 100% blame the traders who take part in placings who not only have no intention of ever holding but will often short sell or troll before hand to drop the SP.

For what its worth, I wont mock too much, because ALOT of very loud voices were extremely active within minutes of the consolidation RNS dropping. Almost promising or guaranteeing a large discount placing (initially guaranteed 0.5p, now £2) based purely on the RNS. There was no evidence or background or proof of this whatsoever it was a pure trade play, you see an RNS, you fire in a quick trade, you inject maximum FUD and you make bank. Those who started the 0.5p placing rumor are LONG GONE. They have left the small fry traders holding the shorts, never took the time to actually check was a 0.5p placing even possible (It would not even had allowed the company to raise enough to survive 1 year.)

THE SHORT BRIGADE LEADERS HAVE GONE. Anyone left holding the short bag? Wake up, you got played. There is no peterhouse special, there is no discount placing.

Hemogenyx will PROBABLY officially announce start of trial recruitment, first patient could be within days or at most a few weeks.

£14m for Hemogenyx and everything on their pipeline???? Catch a grip, this is going to rerate hard and soon, going clinical, injecting patients, early results, its happening soon!

They tried to raise funds in the UK using the same peterhouse special placees as every other time who demanded a large discount so that they could quickly flip. However by even approaching these placees they pretty much sealed their fate as EVERY SINGLE TIME they use them the placees sell/short BEFORE the placing to get the money to actually take place! So of course it failed!!

Hemogenyx have spoken to brokers in the US, they agreed to consolidate 400:1 to allow the American investors to invest.

Hemogenyx, Vlad, have learned their lesson, YOU CANNOT SURVIVE RAISING WITH PETERHOUSE. The same small pool of traders who want to flip and dump ASAP for a small profit and screw the shareholders.

It took YEARS but that failed placing was the nail in the coffin, VLAD IS GOING TO AMERICAN BROKERS.

And I can guarantee you that State Side they know the value of CAR-T they know that Hemogenyx at 14m is an absolute bargain and once the funding question is addressed???............. booom time!

For all GENUINE shareholders this is FANTASTIC news as it removes the worries about funding and is reassuring that no peterhouse special discount placing is coming :-) Obviously anyone short wont love this.. But tough s417!

You realise people on here have been checking daily for hemo to be registered and for the trial to be listed both there and on MDA? They were not there in November, or September etc. I'm on my mobile so won't br checking but I would guarantee the cached page has an iFrame or some other dynamic content which is live data.

Err no.

We took a hit with many penny stock traders and others selling and shorting when we consolidated. But have recovered and left with far fewer traders and now eligible for US institutional investors. The ones who shouted loudest and complained most about the consolidation were the penny traders, LTHers all support the move and now SP has recovered we should start to see the perks.

Roll on 2025! Now that the trial is officially launched we should see an RNS officially naming MD Anderson and a significant ramp up in publicity and with it volume and buying.

MrI, if shorts decide to all close before any fund raising it means a higher share price. As stated there won't be a discount which means the company can either raise more money or do it with less dilution.

Whilst I personally may get more gratification seeing shorts burnt that is just selfish pointless emotion. I would prefer that Hemogenyx be in the best possible fiscal position moving forward, and not being attacked by shorters is better. I would also rather reassure potential investors that buying before any fund raise is better than after, historically it's been a peterhouse special so wad always better to wait. With no discount we are unlikely to see flipping or a drop in SP, so waiting is fine, but unlikely to be beneficial.
