Good god, wise up folks and stop spreading the FUD on behalf of the traders, its stupid and counter productive, if you want to wait until wednesday then wait, simple. Hands up who has taken part in a placing, *(LOTS of us) and hands up ANYONE who was forced to wait until the shares were added to the list before selling?? Noone?? Nobody? THIS IS NOT A THING. The broker could have forward sold EVERY SINGLE SHARE the second that RNS landed.

But go ahead and keep repeating the same narrative that HEMORealism and his many accounts was spouting last week. This is not "Patiently waiting for action" this is amplifying and repeating BS FUD.

Because you know what???? If a few traders think there are enough gullible mugs? If it was me?? I would wait until Wednesday morning and sell a few blocks of 500 and make it look like its the placee selling. And the more people that want to keep repeating this same BS the more likely that is of happening, hell maybe even a couple traders will sell a few blocks of 500 and we get down a few %! 10000% thats how I would play this as a trader seeing so many people posting on it.

Sometimes its best not to get distracted. What matters is the trials and science and moving forward.

I honestly just wish we could stop attracting so many traders and shorters out for a quick buck at the expense of a bit of FUD. Hemo are small and will need more money in future, we get it, nothing new, but enough.

Vlad said last year, when they are clinical fund raising will be considerably easier on better terms, between placings, subscriptions, licensing, grants etc. Its just easier when your clinical.

When Hemo was pre-clinical they were forced to rely on peterhouse specials, since going clinical? SP Angel has secured 2 investors who have acted like adults, one sold, the other is holding.

The American investor base is now open and the likelihood is we will start to see licensing deals and partnerships.

A few traders are clinging to the memories of the past and hoping to reproduce the trading behavior that we were all used too when placings were done not with pharma investors but LSE small cap flippers. Its time to move on and realize that things have changed, as the title says Hemogenyx is clinical, simple.

Traders have 2 ways to play this share, they can carry on trying to sell on any small rise, short on any whiff of fund raising and try and convince people its going back to Peterhouse specials. Or they can invest in a bargain basement share, orders of magnitude cheaper than its peers and wait for first injection, first results, updates on CBR etc.

Anyway, I hope everyone has a good day and weekend, at this point I dont care who was shorting or trying to spread FUD, I am very happy to be invested, I am very excited about the upcoming first injection and I get a kick out of being a grassroots investor in a company that is about to save lives. For me that makes me feel better about myself and makes me want to stay invested.

If people are happier trading, have no qualms about attacking a company looking to save lives and are happy to risk the landmines of a surprise RNS announcing first injection or announcing a grant or license or something else? Then thats up to you.

Anyway, what we saw the past few days was the trading/fud spreading DID NOT WORK, there were zero sells, not one LTHer sold, its doing nothing but wasting our time engaging. So I would respectfully ask that if your a trader, if investing is just not your thing, if you are just incapable of supporting a company like Hemogenyx for whatever reason, go and pick another company whom deserve it. The rest of us just want to quietly wait for the injection and results, we are not buying or selling, we are waiting.

In Hemo placees have NEVER waited days to start selling, never. Brokers know the placees intentions long before there is an RNS. If he wanted to flip down here he would have started 2 days ago. Will he sell at some point?

Stu, just to add a teeny bit more flesh to that previous post, this is something you can easily verify and worth mentioning, your efforts and all the other trolls HAVE been successful so dont beat yourself up. You can see by the volume on here and if you go and check Twitter etc you can see there is no activity, likewise go on IG and check holders of Hemo, it used to be 200-250 it is currently under 50 with 10% of the stock short. Other brokers I have checked show the same an absolute decimation of UNIQUE shareholders.

Many many traders and LTHers HAVE dumped, however those shares have been consolidated into much fewer LTHers, many of whom I speak too and a large majority have holdings much larger than the likes of the directors.

So when I say your wasting your time, genuinely, your wasting your time, you know me, you know there is nothing you could ever post on here that would persuade me to sell. You know Haywains background, this is his bread and butter he knows more about the science and processes here than all of us combined and probably more than Vlad. You could never say anything to persuade him to sell. And when someone DOES post something on LSE that raises questions? Haywain and others who actually know the truth get asked and answer openly and honestly.

so for the final time, I get it, you are short, the placing did not decimate the SP as you would have liked, this is not going how you wanted and your upset, I get that, you have my deeeeppppest sympathy, but I really do not believe there are many readers left here who are likely to be influenced by you at this point, maybe I am wrong, but surely you would have seen atleast one sell yesterday if that were the case after you put in so much time and effort?

There was a placing, it was not peterhouse, it went to someone who is HOLDING, I get that is a foreign concept, let me explain, its someone who did not short before the placing, took part in the placing and is not dumping now to tank the SP. And its one guy, one, not 20-30 peterhouse special recipients racing to the bottom.

So I totally get your frustration, this is not what you wanted or expected and your trying very hard, but yea... yea.............

If you Google Hemogenyx this pages is the second result. Also the first patient has been recruited and knows what treatment they will receive and from whom... They or their family are bound to Google Hemogenyx..... so...

To any patients or family members receiving HG-CT-1, most of the investor base here are normal, sane people who wish for the very best success. It's extremely unfortunate LSE appears second and I would advise avoiding it like the plague. Alot of people out there are overjoyed to be invested in a company about to save lives and are eternally grateful you have agreed to be the first patient and wish you the very best outcome.

Stu, dont be an idiot, maybe someone on some forum will believe that line but nobody here will. Ofcourse you can forward sell from the very second the RNS is released. We have both done it, I have done it in companies before and held warrants and walked away having not paid a single brass penny as have many others. But the days of people believing you cant sell until the 15th are LONG GONE. For the record I did NOT TAKE PART IN THIS PLACING AND I STILL HOLD EVERY PLACING SHARE I HAVE EVER BOUGHT FROM HEMO.

Whoever bought today clearly is also holding, that is a pain for anyone short! Very annoying hey? :P

Micky, I join you and MrI with the frustration, its taking too long, its always taken to long, but the reasons often come down to money, having to do everything on a shoe string and picking efficiency over expediency. Some of that is Vlads fault but being attacked and shorted at every opportunity has not helped. I was not going to post but I did want to point out one thing to you thats worth considering, there was no peterhouse special. Same as the 600k raise, there was no peterhouse special.

Something HAS changed and I would hope you have noticed, we are not getting day after day of posts from stu and his ilk telling us "Placing incoming!!!" As they short and tank the SP, yes the SP is already in the bin but we just had a placing and we are closing where we were yesterday. The last 2 placings have been SP Angel and its just chalk and cheese you must notice the difference? If Hemo had not gone back to Peterhouse in Feb the SP would not have tanked to 2.5p, it literally went from 4p to 2.5p within 30 mins of Hemogenyx phoning Peterhouse. This is one investor who has not sold, look at the trades today a whopping total of 31.... 31 trades...................... most are for a few quid. Pre 8am? you had an army of trolls out in force, but did you see any selling? All day was there any selling? No. The traders have already sold. the shorters have already shorted.

So I get your anger and frustration, but stick with it a little longer, because this was not a peterhouse special, the company have learned they have changed, the warrants add a new positive dimension. And despite the fact the MMs marked the SP down? Zilch selling from the Placee or LTHers like yourself, what we did find out???? FINALLY.......... After waiting what? 7 years? SEVEN YEARS waiting "18 months for first patient" That first patient is finally a real person. If they wait too long that patient will not be well enough to be treated, they cannot mess around or delay, a human life depends on this. But we are there. They have patient 1, that patient will soon be injected with HG-CT-1, the placee today has taken part in a raise and decided not to dump like everyone in the past have done, none of us LTHers have decided to dump and you have an army of trolls who are VERY active and very noisy but utterly powerless to force any of us to sell.

I would say there is ZERO chance of us finding out any results from any patient until after the 4 weeks. HOWEVER.... We do not care, success is the absence of news here, once a patient is injected if there is any adverse reactions or issues there will likely be a clinical hold, THAT would be RNS'ed immediately. Thats what we don't want, if we go past 2 weeks with no news? They we can be reasonably confident, at this point its about safety primarily,

Seriously, more than half of my organization had something like that since 21st December.

They appointed new accountants last week and updated the OTC listing 13th December. NOTHING could happen with regards to the US funding until they consolidation completed and that was not until 10th December and it was only on Christmas Eve that we had the final signatures from MD Anderson and the launch of the official trial site which likely was a pre-condition for any US investors.

Bottom line? Chill the F out. First day back for most and it looks like all the ducks are already lined up, just need the brokers on the other side to do some finalization, I would be surprised if we dont see a few million in the bank within 2 weeks.

And a small reminder, while people on here have been procrastinating and freaking out about running out of money.... THE CEO... WHO SHOULD ACTUALLY KNOW WHATS GOING ON.... Was doing this:

So seriously, wind your necks in, if Vlad is more concerned about racing ahead with 1 day CAR-T turn arounds and signing new agreements with partners than filing for bankruptcy do you not think he is in a better position than us to know???

If there is a takeover it will be hostile, I have asked the company about this, they have stated they would not allow any single entity to acquire more than 29.9% via any fund raise. If anyone tries they would have to buy on the open market. So yea, it's possible but be assured Vlad WILL NOT let it happen without a fight. I really do not think it's worth worrying about right now. If someone gets 30% we will know and we can worry about it then, but for now? Let's focus on what's important, the science and imminent first injection.

What absolute tosh, go and find me another small pharma that have managed to get this far WITHOUT a partner or investor. The very fact that Hemogenyx have gotten this far ALONE with a lifetime fund raise for CAR-T development less than 10m? Unheard of.

The rises possible on success are indeed massive however there will be early investors who want in BEFORE that's possible, you think your the only one who has worked out the potential upside here? That everyone is going to just "sit it out" and let the results land and then scramble to buy in? That's not how it works. Hemogenyx is uniquely placed being almost fre as it stands. It's mCap is closer to 0 than any reasonable valuation PRE results. The potential here therefore for investors now is to large to say out loud. With the 2 risk factors being going bankrupt, MDA would NOT be proceeding if that were realistic. Or a massive peterhouse special discount placing and that's not happening.

I hate the shorters but I won't accuse them of being stupid, as Tilly said they have been closing. There is a reason.
