IG showing 14% short and 100% short on InteractiveBrokers. so yea ALL the retail have went short, they can try but if news lands on Monday they are toast and we are log over due actual updates, not just people throwing money at Vlad updates.

Next week is day 28, I have absolutely no issue with people keeping their shorts open, work away, seriously no issue atall lol. But the are effing mad to do so lol!!!

We have seen huge recovery but still only 2p and still no news lol!

Cohort 1 is like that tile in the middle of a sea of grey, it opens up multiple areas -

It unlocks paediatric trials : Anyone who attacks hemo when we start treating kids will have me praying that they catch cancer at that point.

It unlocks the second cohort in adults, given the results to date this should just mean faster response

It will unlock the results which could not be released until a complete cohort was done, suddenly data is available for ASH and even a preliminary market update via RNS on safety and state of the patients.

We should also get an update on manufacturing and god knows what else soon.

It is absolutely bonkers to think in like one month Hemogenyx have went from being broke to having 2million in the bank, most of that at a premium AND we have gotten rid of some of the most toxic warrants!

I get accused of getting ahead of myself and over excited, but frankly, I think I am under excited, my head is telling me this is finally it, the stone around the neck has been lifted.

There is another 40k of buys in 2 trades away though, honestly anyone here who is profit taking, selling a few shares I wish you all the best, but please do not assume your going to be able to trade this up and down for a few quid profit. Maybe you will but the tea leaves are looking good!

Alde, been singing that tune for years and to little effect, every now and then Vlad does go on a splurge of PR and the market never responds, HOWEVER he always did it when he needed to raise funds and then did a placing so yea.... hardly a surprise.

I agree, we need more PR but we also need a larger board, ASH, papers, the list is endless and now he has money I am optimistic that will start to happen. But I can honestly say I believe the next few months are going to be very very busy for the company and we as share holders are going to be getting plenty of updates. Money has been the blocker up until recently.

Great news, I dont think there will be much time for a webinar in the immediate future, genuinely he is not going to have time. In the next few weeks we are going to have day 28, Cohort 1 complete which is alot of work and yea should be RNS'ed, then there is IRB and launch of paediatrics, then P4 adult cohort 2, new manufacturing update and god knows what else! Honestly Q4 is going to be quite busy for us all IMO hopefully he gets a chance to do an interview or something but I suspect it will be after news.

I got an email reminding me why they may be there.... And if this is the case then happy days.

In the olden days we were advised to place limit orders to sell any shares at a premium to stop the brokers lending the shares to shorters. This could very well be the case here. I think if your in an ISA there is no need to do so. But will let the experts on this area chip in?

Alde, no, the 50k @ £5 - I have no idea, I had heard this buyer may have held but I really cannot say yes or now, I advised Vlad to give this person first dibs on the headroom in November as it should be enough to clear.

Mr 40%Discount has dumped 60k of his this morning but he had like 200k - This is the most toxic of what remains.

Then there is 250k from the 180p 451k placing - I heard this was multiple individuals but I dont know them so cannot speak or vouch for them, assume the worst and hope for the best.

After that? The CLN warrants from last march - Mostly family and friends, all of whom are good people, they may convert and may sell but not in any sort of concerted effort or shorting. They would literally send Vlad the cash, get the shares and hold them in account and maybe sell some here and there, basic non professional behaviour.

The 250k and 570k placings both have warrants at 180p - These I again can speak for, they were deliberatly made 3 years as nobody WANTS to sell them, they might, but the intention is to hold for gold. IF any are sold, myself included, it would not be forward selling just buying the shares into an account. I will be honest and say if I ever convert any warrants but genuinely there is no reason for us to do so, we all have stacks of actual shares if we need to free up cash. The CLN warrants I will have to convert before they expire, but not to sell. As far as I am aware thats all the existing warrants except those held by the board at much higher prices.

The blocking trades have already been called out but here is the totals:

(8*20000)+(8.6*23000)+(9.1*15000)+(9.9*16000) = £652,700

That to me smells like fear, thats people putting up walls to protect against the SP running away too much before they have a chance to react.

If they wanted to sell at that price they would wait for the SP to get there first and sell in blocks.

This is 100% defensive, and the ONLY reason to be so defensive? Qualified accounts with large short positions and unlimited upside exposure.

Lets see how well this shield holds up next wee as we hit day 28. Tick tock!

Yesterday there was a 250k warrant conversion, those warrants issued back from one of the 2 451k 180.5p placings. Cast your mind back and the SP was suppressed for weeks if not months with massive blocks appearing every now and then, the SP was not allowed to rise, then the SP was forced down to do another placing at a massive discount which would have down priced those 250k warrants except we found some investors willing to pay a huge premium of 180 from 130 just to block this down pricing. This placee is not our friend and is here to make money and made a pretty penny.

Today we have a chunk of the 350p warrants converted, these were given to Mr40%, or to be totally transparent Singer Capital who I spoke too on the phone. At the time the SP was north of £3 and we had first patient injected and low and behold 100s of thousands bought and ZERO movement on the SP, none, zilch, an unlimited overhang, then BANG 40% discount placing to 180p and he got his shares and warrants. What he done was CRIMINAL, I have no doubt it crossed the line into market manipulation and insider trading. And today? He blew his wad, or a good chunk of it.

Be under no illusion the last few years we have lived with a boot on our neck. The people who have been funding prior to the recent placings did not want us to succeed.

LOOKING FORWARD

Is it over? Almost? Its fair to say there is one more block of toxic warrants, 250k at 180, and Mr40% has still over 100k warrants at 350. There are a block of 50k at £5 aswell which I really dont know much about, the rest? The rest of the warrants belong to investors. Many of us who hold them will probably just hold for a takeover even when they get converted free of charge *(I think????) Or if it looks like they will expire then buy the shares but few of us have brokers and are able to forward sell like these people can do at will.

For now there cant be more conversions without prospectus, nor can there be a placing. The company have more money now than vlad could have possibly dreamed 1 month ago and that puts us in an incredibly strong position. Funding is and has always been the only thing shorters and traders had to attack us and their armoury is now down to like 350k warrants with a time delay lock on the door.

Lol, that's over half the toxic warrants gone and you can be damn sure they are forward sold with any headroom surely now blown out of the water.

A warrant holder asked last nite could they convert and was told no. So I'd be very disappointed if the company lied and there are any more in the near futute

And before anyone asks, yes these are almost certainly already forward sold.

I do not like the new blippi one bit, the first one was fine, a bit annoying and creepy, but the new one? Nope, not allowed in my house. They are all on this kpop thing now.

I am astounded they managed 250k, I thought 150k max. Now none IMO until 13th November when they have that CLN converted using most of the refreshed headroom from last year. But there will be some left + add 20% from this conversion is another 50k. Tbh the 50k will be available in like a week but really it's November before a significant amount is available but even then? It should be around 85k headroom in November. January another 100k, by March enough headroom for all the remaining warrants.
