That would require an egm and a vote which would be weeks away and by the time we got close as you say alot of people would have taken their money and run meaning who's left could very well vote no.

We can all say that but the mechanics of it mean that for a bug pharma to trigger takeover they need to acquire 30% which would be difficult and expensive forcing the sp significantly higher. So by the time they have 30% we would be many multiples of today during which time many LTH and traders will be long gone and replaced with investors at higher averages meaning they will be less impressed with such an offer.

Basically there won't be an offer of 2bn this week, sure if there was it would pass, but in the real world before we get close to that point the mCap will be significantly higher making it much less generous.

HFH, sorry to burst your bubble, but as you know there is about 25% of shares in a very small group and would vote against an offer of 2bn.

Idk why ppl are saying institutions, generally speaking an institution working with a company will take a stake and they can generally invest how they wish.

What we did discuss years ago and remains valid is funds, there are funds for everything, some cover every share in the ftse 100 for example, or only oil and gas, or emerging markets etc.

With regards to Hemogenyx there are funds which cover pharma, will they definitely buy hemo? I hope so, but they all have different selection criteria suggested as must be clinical or must be on main market or must have a minimum mCap of 50m or 100m or 500m. Absolutely tonnes of them and they all have different rules. Then there are publishers like motley fool, not saying they are not trash.. but they point blank refused to publish anything on any company below 50m.

So no, 50m does not guarantee instant fund or II buying, but it starts to make us eledigable.

HT, I have to join HFH, I really have warmed to you in the last 6 months, thank you for your kind words, they mean alot especially after our rocky start, In the past I was alot less stable, no doubt due to over exposure and a feeling of powerless. I would like to say, Vlad has done us proud in recent months, his actions in dealing with overheads and cash burn and funding, prioritisation of trials etc, all core CEO decisions have been absolutely spot on this year. The man has my respect and support, he has done right by us with the actions taken recently.

Massive shout out to Haywain and his expertise and connections, none of the turn around in recent weeks would have worked without his connections!

He never actually knows the value of what he is investing in and simply follows the sheep in the direction of the loudest noise. What I genuinely don't understand however is why he and others seem to have set #HEMO as their home Base or respawn location. Always returning here to troll when soooooo many better targets exist. Thank you, I wont lie I am enjoying seeing the number of shorts increase at the same time as the share price, it means that they are immediately in a loss and I know how it feels from using CFDs in the past, you get annoying emails and texts demanding you deposit cash "IMMEDIATELY" or your position will be closed *(Well I didnt and they were lol, so all long gone!) But yea.... Being leveraged when the SP moves against you is crippling, I have never shorted so my exposure was always limited, but my god.... The potential upside is anywhere between a few 100m and 1-2bn, so to be sitting under 50m with ZERO debt, ZERO headroom to do placings or convert more warrants, very very low cash burn now, imminent news on cohort 1, likely next week.... Imminent launch of paediatric trials, god knows what else???

Seriously to decide to short under these circumstances????

Like YES I know the SP was up 30% and that feels like a safe short. Well its not. IF you went short here your a bloody idiot.

So here is the thing, if your short on IG you MUST have a professional account right?

That means you have maximum exposure to all losses?

And with 14% shorts thats a huge number.... The fact that the SP is UP 20% and shorts have only increased would mean that if the shorters used all their margins they will be into margin call territory?

So if we open blue monday or there is a surprise RNS then anyone who is short with IG is going to basically be wiped out and it will be NT as the broker themselves will be forced to buy back all those shares as a market order? I hope to god there is an RNS, but if not will be talking to as many people as possible to try and get everyone ready to buy 8am monday morning :-)
