RE: Forward sold20 May 2020 14:20
@ GreenDave, perhaps the point you are missing is that there is not 2.5m worth of shares being dumped or churned though or sold on the 5th june..... The shares were already sold, pending confirmation at AGM which will 99.99% be passed, they belong to the investors who subscribed. The investors who bought them didnt buy them to say hey lets all sell on the 5th June.... Especially if the price was still around where it is now, why would they bother wasting their time, money and effort for zero gain?
People really need to understand this point. On 5th June the shares will be added to the registry so that they can be bought or sold like the rest of the shares on the market, nothing more. Its not like a big truck load of shares will be sold on the 5th, it just wont happen. The only way it would happen would be if the share price on the 5th was very very high and every one of those investors predicted the price was going to crash and wanted to get out with their profits, but in that case why on earth would everyone else not have done the same on the 3rd or 4th?? As for forward selling shares, you cannot trade them on the market, but its like a future or a share option its on paper and you can add a value and you can therefore sell the promise, but its alot more paperwork as the original subscriber would have to transfer on completion. But again, these investors will ONLY sell if its for a big profit or they know something that will affect share price after. The amount of posts I read where people say OMG about to have 2.5m worth of shares dumped you will be able to buy for 2p. No, just no.
