@Oil, the 2.5m placement investors were told nothing more than what is in public domain. No insider information. Thats not to say they were not provided with a much clearer and better laid out overview of the current activities so they could better make a decision on their investment.

I think the latest communications + website has been a massive improvement, I agree however that the prior months were abysmal with regards to shareholder communication.
Point is however people are complaining about the SP and blaming the company, but nothing has changed, its not Hemos fault that the SP has dropped, it just has because people are becoming frustrated at not becoming rich overnight. If it were not for the Covid spike i think the attitude and direction of this SP would be completely reversed.

PS thats not to say I am not ****ed myself, of course I am, I could have bought alot more shares today than I did last week, I made a small £373.17 topup there now but thats pennies compared to recent top-ups so I am dissapointed. But not yet seen any actual reason to sell beyond a dropping share point... And if the only reason to base your investment on is the actual share point and not the business model behind it then you are destined to fail, that is how pyramid schemes work.

Alot of moaning on the BB and Twitter about this share and the fact its slowly dropping and people selling because its dropping and realising a loss.
Do people realise that its because they are moaning and selling that the price is dropping?
Second those moaning because the SP is dropping, why exactly did you buy in the first place? If its because you did absolutly no research and just decided to buy because a chart told you to buy at x pence and sell for 18p etc then really you deserve to get burnt. If you had actually done research into the company you would know what your holding for, you should know which development your holding for not a target SP, the SP will come but you have to know what stage your holding for, is it the CDX phase 1 clinical trials, is the issuance of Orphan Drug Designation on the CDX? Is it licencing agreement with global pharma's to use our mice? If you dont know and your just chasing a SP, cya!
Finally, given you are panicking and clearly have done no research do you consider yourself smarter than the investors who invested 2.5m in an over subscribed placing? We have NOT seen them dump their shares, there has not been the massive predicted influx of 35M shares, there is no indication any were forward sold, and its still early for a TR1. So if they are not selling and you ARE selling only one is making a loss.

The doomsayers predicting 35m shares getting dropped on the market on Friday and plummeting this price back to 2p I think have decided to give up :-) Looks like the placement shares are being held fairly tightly, no real downward pressure any more. Given there is nothing definitely expected immanently like in the next few days the day traders have nothing to play off so they have moved on also. Which THANKFULLY just leaves us investors to hold our shares waiting to be pleasantly surprised and caught off guard at some point in the coming weeks or months :-)
One bit of news that may be telling today or maybe tomorrow would be a TR-1, I suspect that the placing was one or two big purchase like either a pharma, or investment fund etc. It did not appear to be open market private investors, so if thats correct the holdings should be > 3% requiring notification. If it turns out that a big pharma or like a pension fund etc has invested in us that shows great confidence and also stability as they are not going to be selling shares on a whim, they will be long term hold.

What on earth has happened to this board. ZERO point in engaging with any actual discussion any more. Its like suddenly kids are investing with their parents account and coming here to try and ramp. Its embarrassing and quite frankly counter productive, If the hemo board had been like this 2 years ago I never would have touched the company.

Same, over 1m shares in hemo atm, by far biggest holding, yesterday I got some more cash so bit in hemo but split the rest between jay and dke. Very happy with the 3 in terms of potential in the coming weeks and months even if I will be at a loss until then. Second wave may mean another bump for Covid stocks but I am not going anywhere near Covid, these 3 are all immune, with Hemo having a potentially massive upside if there is a second wave as a bonus

I was getting very frustrated seeing other orders being filled paying less than I was willing to pay to buy and my order sat there for hours. (Not Hemo btw)

Manifesto, Not sure if HL work the same way but I had an interesting call with AJBell yesterday RE Limit orders. Basically with them if you place a limit order they will not release it to the market UNTIL its inside the trading range that has been set by the MMs. This is fine most of the time but it does mean if there is alot of variation like a big drop or big rise and the MMs dont update the bid or ask and the actual trade price is too far away your order will never be submitted or filled. The only way to get your order actually submitted to the live market is to ensure your offer is ask or higher to buy, bid or lower to sell. IF the actual price in the market is lower or higher you will get that price but it is a gamble. Other wise you basically wait until the spread changes, or you use a platform that lets you submit your limit order directly to the market where your order ranks equally with every other order placed.

@Dufry - Share price being low frustrates me but does not alter my opinion of the potential of the company. Honestly they would have to come out with results where their treatment has failed or been abandoned for me to lose faith. They have so many things going on however that for anyone to be a success means the company will grow massively in value and each time they update its positive results thus far. If it was JUST Hemogenyx saying this I would have a healthy dose of scepticism however we have a very happy un-named GlobalCo, we have a very happy Orgenysis sticking our name over all their literature and we have lectures going on in Israel basically saying our work is involved in a collaboration involving the Defence Industry against Disease X among god knows who else. It really would be an impressive feat to mess up what Hemogenyx have going right now, I just need patience. Which is HARD. I am very impatient, I am going to try and set an app to alert on RNS from Hemo and stop looking at this board for updates, IF I CAN. Because it appears that market sediment, feelings, future potential etc are all irrelevant at the minute, Hemo got caught by the Covid bubble burst and is immune to positive sediment.

Anyway, Short answer to make me doubt the investment full stop? It would take a lot.

Not a clue, unexpected error sounds very unexpected!
Perhaps its because today the shares are getting added from the placing and somehow that has had a knock on effect? I am sure it will settle sooner or later. I was just curious anyway cant buy any more and certainly not selling any time soon at this price!

I have tried with AJ Bell and IG Trading which is DMA to buy 100 shares at whatever price and I am getting "unexpected error"

See previous answer by lunus, If you email hemo this is the response you get back. There will be no further answers beyond what information is in the RNS yesterday.

There is no need for an RNS to cover that, the resolution passed the shares will be added on or about today.
We might see today, monday or tuesday an RNS with TR1 depending on size of purchases.

Eli has been floating around for ages as a possibility, it keeps coming up and so far I have seen nothing to indicate that its NOT them. Likewise it could be others but its as fair a guess as any!

Just for the record I have made 3 purchases and they are all showing as sells on recent trades. You CAN buy but only if you do a direct market order. I had to use a different broker as AJ Bell would not let me get a quote, unless there is some big seller I am not aware of it feels like the MM's are trying to order fill.

I use AJ Bell, normally i get a quote ok. Any word when this seller will be out?

AGM is a paper ticking exercise, the meeting itself not really going to happen, just a sign off on some votes (directors hold >50 so really non issue) then publish some minutes.
Thats not the interesting part, the interesting part will be the answers to the questions that were submitted which will be electronic not a live response.

Oh please note the limit order was not 1 share, I am not a total idiot lol!
