Sam, whats happened so far today actually bodes VERY well for Hemogenyx.
The RNS was fantastic news, but lets be honest you, me, lots of other investors knew everything that was in that RNS. We have done the research and nothing in there was a surprise. So we investors neither panicked to sell or panicked to buy, we have by and large our holding and not looking to add or decrease in the immediate future. So a small rise on the RNS had ZERO impact on many many investors.

So why be happy about the RNS?
That RNS, like a few of the more recent RNS starts to firm up how Hemogenyx sits with Orgenesis and the BioDefence platform, it does not go so far as to restate the 12% royalties but they have basically said, "We are working with Orgenesis in their recent announcement based on this previous agreement, go read if you want details"
It also confirms that progress is still ongoing with regards to a Covid-19 severity impact test and a treatment for infected patients. Given the more and more likely second wave which is likely to be bigger world wide Covid may well end up being a surprise win for Hemo, but thats not why anyone is holding.

The RNS has NOTHING for us investors who are holding as we figured this all out ourselves, but what it does do is open the door to NEW investors who will just shrink that pool of free float shares available to the traders more and more. We are up, we are in the blue, we have right now more stock in investors hands than we did Friday.

This is nothing like the previous spike we saw which was disastrous.
Hemo investors are becoming investors, holding for the big announcements, the big developments not daily 5% swings.

If we maintain slow steady growth until MAJOR news is released then we will all be happy, but until then take this as one more RNS that you can use as reference to doubters, short sellers and traders who just want to hurt the SP.
If people keep on saying Hemo are not involved in the Orgenesis BioDefence platform or are not entitled to 12% of the revenues, just call them a clown and refer to todays RNS :P

Nothing exciting, just instead of seeing trades 15mins delayed on here you can see them in real time.
You can also see what the Market Makers are quoting as their bid and ask price.
If your watching you can see them change the bid or ask just before they report big orders an hr later so that they can make it appear like a sell or a buy to try and change the sentiment and make people follow suit.
If you watch it you can sometime notice a pattern where it looks like something dodgy is going on, like ususally there will be 7 MMs who take turns offering the best bid or ask, every now and then one of them will take the best position and stay there, even changing their offer to stay in front, and thats usually PEEL so you know behind the scenes they have a big buy or sell order to fill.

Yea, there are 3 250k trades, 2 of them definatly buys, third one could be a buy or a sell but probably a buy. But because of the time reported, 2 of the 3 showing as sells.
Go back to time of trade to see if its a buy or a sell!

Not alot right now, all quiet. No panic buying, no panic selling. there has been an awful lot of moving the bid and ask around to mask buys as sells earlier and declaring buys as sells to again entice panic selling.
But honestly? all in all its very good, the daily % not enough to cause too much panic buy or sell.
Shaking is not having much effect.
Right now PEEL sitting at 6.2 with one other but they also 5.7 to buy so clearly they dont have much stock to sell. 3 MMs are at 5.8 so its not going to be falling too fast if there is any downward movement.
The trades that are happening now, well there has not been enough movement for the size of trades that are happening to make any profit atall . I would sleep easy tonight if we close around here. Day traders will get bored and move on, they need panic buying and selling.

fun stuff will happen when shorters read and digest the RNS and decide they are playing with fire...

I really hope that 5m share sell last week was a shorter, they will be BURNT they sold at 5.2p so every penny costs them almost £50k!

I still think there is a good chance that the GlobalCo RNS will consist of:
All pre-clinical work completed, preparing to start Phase 1 Trials with first selection of AML patients. Eli Lilly have put forward a substantial offer to acquire Hemogenyx and the majority share holders have accepted.
Game over - Walk to bank - Withdraw huge wads of money - Buy new car.

A whole lot of projects are going to be coming to attention very very soon. Todays RNS is just a cover RNS because so much has been leaked already, be in no doubt, if Hemogenyx didnt have to release the RNS they wouldnt have.
Hemo are trying to keep ALL their work as quiet as humanly possible.
The RNS that drops when the Global Co agreement is concluded is going to DESTROY shorters, I suspect the day it lands there will be a pre market doubling of the ask.

12% of the orgenesis deal which is likely to target DoD contracts? Thats a huge revenue stream and its only a small part of the portfolio.

If people want to cut and run at these pre placing levels, let them. Its only with the official RNS that serious investors even start to look at companies like Hemo.

Confirmation on orgenisis BioPlatform involvement which many of us knew about, and that bit will be massive, but many denied until it was official in an rns. Well here is your rns.

Do you ever think what might have been? If covid19 had struck 12 months later tgen orgenisis and hemo would be all set up ready for disease x and the global co deal all signed off. They would have had an antibody cure ages ago.

Cut and paste error, sp has no correlation to where the sp should be based in recent rns nor where it will be in the near future.

If people are that insecure with their own research and didn't do their homework then why did you invest in Hemogenyx?
There are now a large number of investors who know what hemogenyx are working on and not guessing any more. If you have done your research and you know what is coming my best advice now is to subscribe to RNS notifications and ignore the blatent BS occurring on this board.

Most companies release news far less frequently than hemogenyx and have far less in the pipeline due to complete in such short order.

People are understandably upset by the low sp. I am too, but thats where it ends, the sp has no correlation to the SP.
People who come on here to rant, deramp, etc do not post anything of any substance. Frequently if you check their history a day or so earlier they were on here ramping, give it a few days and they will be back ramping.
Some investors have spent alot of time collating all the various projects in progress only to have negative posters come in with zero research and zero effort.

invest based on the publicly available information in rns, nedia releases ans publications, both hemogenyx and orgenisis.

Finally ask yourself WHY are negative posters spending so much time trying to run down this share? Because for some of them its a serious amount of time, so why??? If they were investors would they try and run down the company??? Are they perhaps like Evangelical out to save people? No. They are here because they want or NEED the sp to fall, its either to buy in lower or they have shorted/selling borrowed shares. If the sp goes up they are in trouble.
Bottom like, you shouldn't come here anymore for advice its turned toxic. There genuinely is more than enough good information available. Ill still and I encourage others to, post to counter the rubbish that keeps getting spouted on here but im at the point where id suggest people just forget LSE forums for Hemo, it adds very litter value because of the trash.

John, i have a feeling Roche are not going to be overly happy with the work that Hemo are doing, I may be wrong but it feels like this drug is just a treatment to delay death for people who cannot have BMT. Just first impressions so I might be wrong. If all goes well with Hemo trials then we will be offering a cure to all AML sufferers not just delaying a horrible death... But im on my phone so I will look better Monday morning.

Fantastic work quick, im so glad that people are waking up to the reality of just whats coming down the line in a really short time frame and they need work like this to inform them.
Some people will be happy to cut and run after one announcement and first sniff of profits and i dont blame them, but its worth looking at whats still to come after every update and remember this is not a one trick pony.

If we can get rid of the day traders and shorters the sp will stabilise. No big swings unless there is news and then hopefully it wont just spike it will just be revalued after each release. The future is hemo is bought over or starts paying dividend, im happy with either.

I dont want to complain because i really appreciate the effort but you have your symbols mixed up, first list should be < 12 months, and in fact you could split it further, Global co update < 3 months. Orgenisis BioDefense Platform update is past due however information is already available, correct me if im wrong but core to orgenisis Biodefence platform is Hemogenyx mice and royalties are 12%.

I guarantee no movement on share price until monday. Nothing that happens over the weekend that cannot wait until late Sunday night or early Monday morning. Lunus, no one is happy with the sp, especially not hemogenyx or the placees. However you can be fairly confident in a serious profit if your willing to hold for approximately 5 to 6 weeks. Dont get me wrong there will be other news before that im sure but wait for the global co announcement.

Volume of trade is down to a tiny fraction of what it was, holders at last seem happy to just hold and stop trying to day trade this share.

TBH With Hemo I dont think weekends matter much, they are not great at organising releases to capitalise on the market. It would be just as likely they will release something on a Friday afternoon after everyone has logged off :P

I agree its frustrating, but as Dr said, alot of the volatility is due to the in/out volume caused by the 5-10% profit chasers. All they are doing is lining the pockets of the MMs.
Its unfortunate but Covid-19 but the breaks on human trials for just about everything non covid related. Hemo have tried to make the best of it but they are still forced to wait. They NEED human trials to start back up again and people to get back to work.
