Ah lol good, no normally its correct its only when they are late reporting that it shows incorrect usually so the buys around 10k or more get delayed and displayed at a time when price has went up meaning the sp at the time of the trade is lower than current price and shows as a sell. Automated buys and sells of lower amounts show up normally straight away.

Its all kind of irrelevant tbh, when news drops the share will be picked up and the SP will jump pennies in the auction not fractions. Just wait, its all irrelevant now but you can guarantee as we approach the placing the investors will be applying thumb screws to hemo to loosen their lips.

After a long weekend I am sure many missed the latest small but significant piece of information regarding hemo.
This dropped on friday just before end of UK trading so there was little time for any impact to SP, then the long weekend and it appears its forgotten! That said, worth a read, Hemogenyx are all over this collaberation with FIB Hospital Infantil Universitario Niño Jesús and Orgenesis.

7p might be maintainable for a few days in the weeks before AGM but you have to imagine that behind the scenes the investors who subscribed are going ape **** with Hemo BoD and will be demanding they start releasing some sort of information to the public so the SP does not depress any further. There is zero chance in hell they will want a SP < placing price come AGM and they were very confident to over subscribe, so we are now comfortably into the window where you will feel the pressure being applied directly to BoD by people with deep pockets and a direct line of communication.

I would like to see what happens if they hit 6.99 :-P Im interested to see if the stop losses at 7 outweigh the buy orders, I suspect not, but would be good to clear off that 7p just once!

There are multiple streams of news you can/may expect to see in the coming days and weeks.
First, we have been forewarned about imminent news that was due in late April:
"The collaboration agreement, originally scheduled to complete in late April 2020, is being extended by a short period due to the impact on GlobalCo's operations of the novel coronavirus, following which Hemogenyx will either license the antibody to GlobalCo or will in-license GlobalCo's improvements to it on favourable terms."
This is not covid related but may now have a covid element which boosts its impact. Expect a significant rise based on contents.
The "Super Mice": Basically we are in the dark as to who wants them but hemo have stated this:
"As with the original Advanced Hematopoietic Chimera, the Company believes that the ApbHC will be of considerable interest to other drug developers and interest shown to date is promising." There is a HUGGEEE market for these mice, question is, how many are we breeding, are we breeding enough to sell and what contracts profits are now forthcoming.
Orgenesis:
"Hemogenyx-Cell has been considering plans with a number of potential Belgian-based partners, including Orgenesis, Inc. - the provider of funding to Hemogenyx-Cell and also to Immugenyx in a separate agreement through convertible loans - regarding key building blocks for the path through development towards clinical trials of Hu-PHEC, including the establishment of a cell bank." Basically our name is all over Orgenesis literature and presentations. Whilst we have not released formal confirmation they certainly have used our name extensively. They have a 3 pronged approach to Covid and we seem to be involved there also.
These are just a few of the highlights there are lots of other potential news announcements that could appear in the weeks to come any of which could be significant. Whats worth remembering though is:
recently there was a share placing, investors, behind closed doors, were convinced to pump in 2.5m in a price that was only a small discount to the market price. That placing gets voted on 4th June, before AGM, at AGM or shortly after we are expecting significant news on any or all of the above topics.
Longer term we are looking at Phase 1 and Phase 2 Leukemia trials which if positive will change the playing field regarding hemo overnight.

Also to be expected: Potential TR1's. you MIGHT find one regarding the forced sale of the Bauer shares RE the outstanding HNW loans, and you may find surprise investors hitting the 3% mark. Likely we are in an insider blackout so unlikely to see any directors trading at this time.

I dont know for sure but I Thought HEMO was involved in the CGT Biotech platform, can anyone confirm?

Lol thats a very pessimistic statement to come out with. Whilst I agree with some of your statements RE no news before RNS, I do think the details from that will be quite significant. Can you link to where you found details of the company real estate? 650 sq ft is tiny, like we are talking a small council house here. I am not sure it would be possible to do the research, breed mice, conference rooms, the massive fridges etc in that sort of space. I expect they are doing alot of work onsite with the as of yet unnamed global co. so perhaps the do have a sole 650 rented space which is more like a central office and the real work is done else where but thats a big difference from what you have said.

Madhav these blues probably are all buys yes. What you wont see are corrisponding sales which will probably come after trading hours this evening. Likely to be like 10-20 trades all selling in blocks of 100-200k one big distressed seller

Personally I dont get why the global co is important, they are just a conduit to getting our product to market, we know already what we have, it works, it will be massive, The share price should already be pricing in the deal irrespective of who, but its not. Ah well, in time.
