Smart- I agree, definitely a BUY!
To do it, it needed a seller. So at that price, was the seller smart, or daft - only time will tell..
GLA
Smart - the consolidation is illusory, as it is a technical / regulatory move to allow US residents to invest in a UK Company. An ITX share @ £1 will relate to a shareholding now only 10 per cent of an investor’s pre-consolidation holding. So no real change.
Simply Wall Street has a fair value @ £1.25. Let’s see what their revised value is after the prelims - Fingers crossed!
GLA
soundman - I think you're right in questioning these unnerving removal of directors at the AGM.
Cleary, JS wanted both of them to continue in their roles as Directors. Yet his 'endorsements' were voted down (probably by proxies) at last week's AGM.
Frankly, I didn't think there was anything to gain by attending the AGM ahead of today's event - but I now regret not going!
I do believe that JS should explain why in particular, JohnSnow (Head of the Audit Committee) was thrown out - it is most unusual for that important role to be the subject of controversy...
Other than that, ITX is a great company with enormous potential - onwards and upwards.

Day traders (losers) are at it again!!!
As financial guru Warren Buffett once said:
“Successful investing takes time, discipline, and patience. No matter how great the talent or effort, some things just take time: You can’t produce a baby in one month by getting nine women pregnant.”
GLA
....and well done Finncap for advising on the consolidation strategy to widen the market in order to attract more global investors.

No worries Thordon - your ITX posts are invaluable. Keep posting…
GLA
In-long - disappointing that you are pumping a different share on this BB and further disappointed that Thordon has risen to the bait by replying. Please keep this BB clean!!!

Worth a read - GLA
The share consolidation resolution is in the AGM Notice

Smart - I agree. Thought it was a good presentation, bearing in mind JS is no salesman. I am sure he is passionate about the products, but he has an uncomfortable manner with his delivery.
That said, with little competition around, ITX has a fantastic opportunity to exploit its products in our ever-growing green economy.
Now slightly more confident about the future, but ITX must surely have to convert its promises and expectations within the next 18 months.
Also, 10 for 1 share consolidation must be good for attracting new US investors.
GLA.
DD77 - Your view is spot on. Only one additional comment from me. It is unacceptable to make such basic errors on an RNS comprising so few numbers and extremely embarrassing in having to issue a correction.
Also, the RNS refers to the June 2021 money raising, as being funded in US dollars, when the RNS issued at that time was announced in UK sterling - very confusing and frankly, misleading!!
ITX's lack of attention to detail is sloppy at best and an indication of little care for shareholders at its worst.
Hopefully this afternoon's presentation will make up for these unfortunate and untimely 'own goals'.
GLA
R.95 - Welcome to this BB!
Yes, agreed - a good find. GLA
Tricky - I'm not sure whether your last response was serious.
Do you really believe that TLY has any real influence in reducing waiting times?
Please give us a debatable example as how TLY involvement (or lack of it) has been a PRIME cause of extended waiting times?
Unfortunately post-Covid, many GP surgeries will not see patients, so the automatic port of call is to short-staffed A&E departments. This takes away resources from patients who have been waiting for elective surgery since before the pandemic.
Also, too many patients awaiting operations are chasing too few beds and that is partially due to successive Governments failing to provide for the long-term needs of an increasing population and not investing in more hospitals - a problem which goes back over many decades.
Even if you could make your point about TLY's alleged 'poor' contribution to the NHS, it doesn't compare with the £7m per MONTH, which the NHS is currently paying to store 4 BILLION over-purchased, over-priced and unfit-for-purpose pieces of PPE, which apparently is now redundant.
Tricky - talking about waiting times, I'm waiting for the time you give up being such a predicable bore on this BB.
Any time in the foreseeable future, maybe? - fingers x'd.
Thanks Thordon for today's link...
GLA
Ed - you're SO wrong! There have been 6 trades in first 2 hours, not 4.
Reckon it BODES well for the rest of the day, don't you think?
GLA
Eddie - is ‘boud’ well a degree of wellness?
I’ve come across unwell, not well, quite well and very well… Never heard of boud well.
This doesn’t bode well for your future banal comments.
