The insinuation is I'm doing this as a job?... no.
A conscience? For ethical/moral reasons?... yes.
I - like many I suspect - was attracted by an interesting, apparently novel business concept and, with some mild understanding and a little data science knowledge, I took a punt. Not a big one. I caught the SP on the way up. Things moved so fast I didn't conduct my usual level of scrutiny. I read some key RNS' but that was it. I sold on the way down as when I did get round to being more diligent I revised my decision. That is all.
I am not here to ramp/de-ramp/troll or anything else. Just to share facts, represented 'as is'. Any investors should make up their own mind. There is no other agenda. I'm just an Honest Joe... getting sleepy as it happens ;-)
...oh, but when I get bulls*** replies and blatant ramping/snarky returns without any material evidence presented or someone purports to have received an official email from a commercially-interested party or says they've just been chatting _in italiano_ with the CEO then I'll take great delight in calling out that bulls***
I'm looking forward to some better replies. I enjoy an intellectual challenge. I estimate there to be around 20-30 of the 'bulls*** crowd' (from the number of 'recommends' on some of the stinkiest bulls*** replies) so at least one of the rampers/obfuscators/paid supporters must have two brain cells to rub together...?
Definitely trust no-one here! ;-)
Definitely do your own research... dig deep.
Hypothetically, if the other 5 billion shares suddenly became worthless...
Have a little read about companies corporate transactions/rules for companies... it will explain the basics. As a director (or any PDMR) you can't just sell a significant% of the business without prior shareholder approval - and they'd probably say no. Everything that may have bearing on the company requires full disclosure, there may even be other restrictions like lock-in agreements. You might get <3% total share value sold under the radar but someone would surely notice, even without the disclosure.
Hypothetically, you'd get repeated share options/offers/issues etc etc... then hypothetically a sell here, a sell there... until there is no equity left. All hypothetically, obvs.
30jp... you're pretty thick then. Work it out, store it and I'll sell it back to you for a small fee. I'll even encrypt it for a special 50% discount.
When was DW appointed? If you go to the Companies House website and read the legal documents you'll see the T&C's. You ca make up your own mind. As can others.
Facts.
...but these guys will give you money for your hat - encrypt some ledger data to prove it - so you can still have your hat and eat it!...
ahhhh..... that explains everything, thanks! :-)
I thought I could smell bulls***
The addition of blockchain is just the kind of technobabble that tries to convince people it is clever.
A fancy version of a PayDay Loan company. Does it come with Digital Bailiffs too? ;-)
"...our CEO who has not sold a single share and has also risked £1.1 million if the price does not rise, by the 31/12/20."

Non-Exec Chairman disposes 295,500,000 shares at 0.495 pence on 24 Sept 2020. How much is that?
"In the next 2 weeks it’s almost guaranteed that this will be 1-1.5p"...?!?
On what basis?
An instrument market cap of £121mil, vol. 614mil and what assets exactly... other than share equity? Which is slowly being sold off... drip drip drip... 3mil here, 4mil there... who exactly has all these shares and why are they selling them if the company has a huge future ahead of it? Is it the PI's? (they must be crazy, based on the ramping here)... Are there any II's?
Have a read of the company accounts as filed (when it was still called Abal Group plc) particularly the "Group of companies accounts" dated 13 Dec 2019. Make up your own mind.
Explain how the business model works please :-)
You win some, you lose some. I like how the reaction of the market was so fast that shorters barely had the chance to close... although I guess most are smart enough to place limits on their deals.
It was a very coordinated and predetermined market response though... they'd done their homework!
I'm interested in IAG particularly as I've held here for some time and had been thinking about topping up until recently... was modestly invested but felt we were getting to a time when things would start to look up. Hadn't predicted such a significant response as this though.
My thought is if it will last... essentially sentiment seems to have driven this - based on very positive news - although the narrative has softened a little since. The demographic of the earliest to receiver the vaccine is not necessarily the one which will lead to a very large rise in flight bookings, etc. Testing may help and I note that the capacity and assurance of that will have positive effects on the airline industry.
The matter of debts and the timeframe for this... still have a few reservations. General thoughts?
Good day today - makes you glad you held your nerve and have gone back into profit.
Still holding though... I see another strong day ahead, might start gapped up.
A few chunky sells right at the end but seemed well supported above 2.5.
Interesting to see where this goes tomorrow. With an informative RNS?... maybe top 3 or 3.5.
So long as the RNS isn't another share issue/warrant ;-)
Yup... a bit of good news got super-hyped... and on the back of that the MM's put their algorithms into play, scooped up the drops, profited on the rises and almost everyone else either ran around like headless chickens or just sat tight and took a deep breath...
Normality resuming soon... back to pretty much where we were with a slightly confused sentiment now remaining.
Exactly. Slightly different narrative today... when you see the outlined vaccine schedule. Even assuming the Pfizer/BioNTech is demonstrably effective.
Testing is still going to be needed for some considerable time and probably more so if they will be a component of new processes at airports/docks and for healthcare workers.
Market finally coming back to its senses :-)
I didn't say I wasn't invested... well... I was until I dug a little deeper. Got out at my own strict target - don't like to be greedy. Very happy to see other investors do well here - of course. I used my time wisely and only wish to share on the basis of openness and transparency. We all have our epiphany's, don't we?
No doubt, as an intelligent person, that you've heard of 'Folie à deux'?... or maybe a House of Cards?
I wish all well, good health and successful investing.
No need to say sorry...
All the red flags are here, plain to see:
A company with three names in as many years; Incorporated March 2000.
Market cap of £121mil, vol. 478mil+, recorded turnover of £96,012.
Big returns promised, vague/complex business model, overseas investment structure.
Some fascinating discussions and theory - its all very enlightening and entertaining!
I prefer to deal with facts :-)
Its doesn't... the SP doesn't fall with more buys than sells as they only respond to market forces.
They don't put the price/spread up when people are selling... they'd make a loss obvs.
There's nothing difficult about it... a steady slow, insidious sell-off. You can't just dump millions of shares - the SP would plummet. So its got to happen slowly.
Time will tell. Very much like to be proven wrong.

Everyone should get out NOW...DYOR (Companies House to start with...)
PI's will pay for these profits to the few.
IMHO
This was always going to happen... perhaps more slowly.
A slightly different tone, a note of caution today from the government.

Vaccine: great news... but will have to wait and see. Potential game-changer but not going to happen overnight and ...in the meantime... stay vigilant, stay protected... get tested.
It was the re-rate/gap fill that was always going to happen. Nothing else had changed. Just market sentiment. IMHO
Positive message

Note todays briefing delivered a more moderated, pragmatic view and re-iterated a need for continued vigilance, effective isolation measures and protection (would include effective PPE)

There is no doubt that supply demand has swung UK manufacturing back into PPE and similar, prompted and supported BioTech innovation. This is one example of that potential.
Its up to individuals to decide how they invest or not, based upon the facts and their own research IMO.
Please try and ignore the obvious/unsubtle rampers and de-rampers.

Its a good summary. I do note a little more media caution after the hype of the initial release and some more reflection since - there seems to be a more pragmatic view. Still very positive in terms of a the vaccine and the potential - its certainly made people believe there is a new beginning and we should be glad of that.
However, the market reaction has been rapid and rather impressively specific in some sectors... its comment on the apparent fortunes of some key industries is fascinating and a more cynical viewpoint might think this was a little over-engineered and predetermined... and not necessarily for the benefit of the investors! ;-)
The SP drop of the testing-focused BioTech and even unrelated Pharma seemed rather cynical. I suppose two reasons: 1) price-in anew liquidity/profit margin for MM's, 2) out-short the shorters... who might have come along and bet several of these companies down even further, with the de-rampers and trolls out in force... who knows!
Either way - I really think testing will be here to stay for some time to come. A future vaccination programme will require it. Patients will still get symptomatic even if not with COVID and need confirmation testing, or a rule-out. Healthcare workers will need testing twice weekly until a successful vaccine candidate is able to be proven effective (which will require testing as well!)... all of this could be via a mixture of LFT, LAMP and ultimately PCR.
So... after a weird mixture of elation and irritation on Wednesday I am more sanguine and zen-like while I wait for the market to get back to sense and see where we are. :-) ...IMHO
