Some chunky sells this morning it appears... has this reached its peak or sentiment from latest AZ vaccine news?
Not invested but have been tracking PMO for a little while and curious as to the best entry point...looks good at the moment or has this been a modest spike?
Buys on all the dips... s'life init. Who cares about PR, TB, etc... they got their fat profits after their investments -meh. I bet their overheads are much higher than mine. Fairs fair.
Its not like there isn't history, why should any serious investor be surprised if you did you research diligently you'd have found the tangled, complex and sometimes unfortunate web of links between some familiar names. See Strat Aero. Note some interesting shenanigans with IQ-AI via another TB company link... its all there on Companies House filings and doesn't take much searching. There is an M.O. and plenty of other unrelated examples. All helped by subtle and not-so-subtle ramping and reporting on certain platforms/websites that also have their own agenda... so long as you don't take unnecessary risks sometimes you lose, sometimes you win. Greed will almost always lead to misery though, IMO.
All of trading is a gamble. Some are riskier and more sordid than others.. there's no point whinging about it :-)

Mostly buys registering in the past hour or so. A few sells. Overall seems fairly stable and well-supported around 2.5p IMO.
Will have to wait and see if another large holder is unloading... until then... GLA!
Its a bit laughable really - the positive vaccine message hijacked by hype and media over-stating what are essentially VERY preliminary, unvalidated, non-peer-reviewed data for 1 months worth of follow-up. Not playing down the significant achievement so far but it is fascinating to see the different messaging...
Pfizer... big announcement, media release, prelim data ">90% effective" (huge impact, minimal short-term evidence), sell shares++
Moderna... announcement, media release, prelim data ">94% effective", doesn't need super-freezers, sell some shares
Pfizer... follow-up, media release, more prelim data "now >95% effective", still needs a super-freezer, EUA with FDA soon
[In the background] Curevac (Ph.II)... oh, we make an mRNA vaccine too, it only needs a normal fridge
Pfizer... in response: yeah but you are only Ph.II whereas we are Ph.III and ready to produce... so shut it!
AstraZeneca... we've published data in a peer-reviewed, International journal and have a moderate, measured and considered view about the encouraging data so far... [everyone else, meh]
...ad nauseum
A few chunky sells earlier, mixture of buys and sells since.
Volumes suggest some more large holders selling in the background... maybe another TR-1 to follow later? Usually lands around 1730-1800. Wait and see I suppose.
In the meantime, no point doing anything else - unless you fancy topping-up/averaging down until another positive RNS, IMO.
I'm fairly sure he'll be selling those newly acquired shares soon enough :-)
Exactly... all this Off-Book/NPFT/TNCP activity almost seems carefully orchestrated. Not so much kippers... its stinkier than some Surströmming. This mornings trade was full of green candlesticks... has the SP shifted much? No. Can buy at 28.5, sell at 28.05.
Expecting a swing up back to 30+ later... as has been the general pattern so far. Firm support seems to keep the swing stable.
So far: peaks at 26 Oct, 30 Oct, 4/5 Nov, 12/13 Nov, due another today/tomorrow before the weekend, IMO. Looks like a good time to buy (if you didn't already need a reason).

Good post- well considered and moderate.
RMS has not always done so well (look back at its history and previous incarnation) but maybe now has stream of innovative products through P2F. Have to admit also that the initial investment only deserves the return albeit even before any actual stock hits the shelves or deals are signed... but hey-ho... investors take the risk, and reap the rewards I guess. Maybe doesn't always work out so well. On this occasion - done good. When Braveheart put in £300k+ I wondered if they ever dreamed of getting £3mil+ back?
What is needed is calm, patient investment and there is a chance for the volatile phase now to have passed and some actual real concrete news. No reason why all the investors here can't benefit from the smart ideas and novel technology. Plus, its British and that's also got to be good news... no irony in this being a European partnership bearing in mind all the Brexit shenanigans. Lots of global licence and IP export potential too. Could be just the beginning.
GLA! Tomorrow could get interesting, IMO.
Perhaps lots of companies with investment portfolios in the 3%+ range are having to sell to keep afloat?
Bearing in mind the market craziness of the past few weeks A.P. (Anno Pfizer) and all the Brexit/POTUS shenanigans... many are realising any profits they may have, or painfully cashing a loss to obtain some funds.
As few have said - trust the fundamentals and the future potential. Perhaps the warrants/equity issue was disappointing but represented only 0.12% of the new total issued shares. Most of these (>85%) are held in public ownership.
Patiently waiting for news.

Perhaps, if you have to ask that question then don't invest.
Always ask yourself if it looks too good to be true... etc etc - try to ignore the rampant hype.
Check out the past RNS's; read up on the companies history via Companies House filings records (fascinating!).
Dig into the business model and ask yourself if this kind of novel monetisation process exists elsewhere, and if not why not. Look past all the BS - including 99% of what is posted on this board.
Then... take a punt... why not!? Never invest more than you can afford to lose - as I'm sure you're very aware already.
Best of luck! :-)
Volz Filters UK Ltd (incorporated 2006).
Dir. are currently Marsh, Thornton(s) and Volz.
Better than just leaving the window wide open I expect :-)
Exactly- a quick sensitive test to establish presence of virus; a confirmatory blood test if the result is positive - to improve specificity and reduce false positives in order to reassure healthcare staff they can continue to work. Sounds ideal, IMO.
I'd be happy to see a steady 5-10% a day... sure! :-)
The overall trend looks to hit 0.4, perhaps with a couple more spikes on solid news, over the coming weeks.
Will pay for a nice turkey :-)
Due an RNS in the morning I imagine... a TR-1 with new significant shareholder.
Could be very interesting if it is directly linked to increased production capacity.

...much more likely to hold the value of the recent share sale to buy the share options at 1.5p, when the SP rises again, for a decent profit. To be fair - he could do that now and still make a profit. I'm hoping he doesn't - that would be rather too cynical and definitely raise further questions IMO.
So... in some ways, watching for when Ryan exercises the options (agreed as per previous RNS), would signify a position that PI's might like to follow supposedly?
1/3rd EUA, 1/3rd vaccine stocks and 1/3rd a few other much longer-term holds (waiting for inevitable return to the 'new' normal).
Play a little day-trading here and there. Modest gains. Any profit goes back into the pot.
GLA
No MM pushing or pulling - its simply market forces... big sells (large holder) and now some chunky buys starting to come through. Good price to top-up/consolidate. Well-supported at this level, despite the earlier selling pressure.
TB and Co. are investors after all so you can't begrudge the profit-making and taking - see IQ-AI for example.
One way or the other the SP will rise again with news and MM's will have to raise the SP to sell the accumulated shares, IMO. Patience is all. Lets see where we are by the end of the week :-)
GLA
Sells registering on the LSE - 500,000, 250,000, 260,000, 5000,000... all quietly in the background LRGS/Off-Book. Large holder still unloading. SP being pulled down with it. Probably BRH by the looks of things. Probably another TR-1 RNS inbound. SP won't rise with any solid news until they stop sucking their profits out of the share equity. Similar dip/rise to last time most likely. No point selling at these levels as an IP, IMO. Wait for the news, shares will be bought back. The cycle will probably repeat itself a few times - each time could hit a new high. 7p was the last. 8.5p is a feasible next high, IMO.
