Just to add to what Newdealz said. There seems to be an attitude that Poly Kaz is a safety net, but as things stand if Poly Rus goes South for any reason, Poly Kaz goes with it, they're all the same legal entity. The Board need to be able to make decisions and swiftly, in relative terms, about the structure of the business if needed. I definitely want the company to stay together, but there's no telling when the war or sanctions will be eased that allow dividends to be paid or put Poly Rus on a safer footing.

Newdealz - buckeye, much appreciated. Fidelity is sending me an email to register for voting in day or two, and I have to email HL. I think I will also register for StockTwits and give them a nudge as they don't seem to be talking about voting.

I think a lot of holders, as I am, are in nominated accounts, I've read conflicting info on if I don't actually vote, then my vote is A dormant B up to HL or Fidelity or C used by Poly as they see fit! I suppose experienced investors would know how it works?

Cawn, same here with HL and Fidelity, no voting options previously so think you are right, proxy vote.

I'm holding Poly in HL and Fidelity, no messages or corporate actions messages in either, both allow trading.

I'm back, don't suppose there's any way to find out, but given the SP on MOEX is tanking, presumably as shareholders there realise that they may be left holding shares that are 'stuck' for possibly a considerable time, or untill the company unravels the legal ) domicile problems, who is doing the buying?? Speculators? Poly Bord / employees? (The 150 who will have their shares 'liberated'?)

Well Poly is 3% down today, but I finally got around to weed-killing the edges of 169 meters of driveway, and actually began varnishing / staining the gate posts, so all in all an even day. Enjoyed reading the informative posts today, hope you all have a goodun. €:)

Haven't had a notification yet, but will be voting yes if given the option.
